"Who collected the spread between
Obama Campaign Funds Raised, and
Obama Campaign Funds Spent?"
At the moment, there is some weakness in the Carbon Credit Market due to an oversupply. Look for our government's new Amos'n'Andy Economics to straighten THAT out.
