Indeed amazing. I usually use the response that many others have used, and that is....
Next time your required to provide a copy of your original b.c. (ex. DMV, Social Security office, be a coach in Little League, etc, etc)...take a picture of a short form version (if your state has such)...you know, the kind that doesn't list the hospital you were born in, the delivering medical professional, height, weight, etc...take that picture and put in on your personal blog and then when asked for it...point the person over to your personal blog and say look....there it is, there's my proof.
See how far that goes. LOL.
Those people that say over and over again his proof has been posted are either serious die-hards, or they are really very ignorant.
Yeah, looks to me like a very professional, solid response. but then again, I’m no lawyer.
Yes, he did, but because his computer or software was not compatible with the court’s, the court could not upload it properly and got basically junk. The courts are surprisingly behind the times on their technology. In discharging its order to show cause, the court made a point of the technical requirements of online filings in that court.
The Show of Cause that was submitted yesterday included the Opposition and various supporting documents that were filed on time. It can only be described as a technological glitch. I became so intrigued for a variety of reasons that I went to the PACER site and downloaded what was filed yesterday.
Good for you. It is fascinating; isn’t it. The first time I read Lisa’s document; I thought this sounds like an affidavit.
That was a really good post.... pictures can be SO TELLING can’t they.
It’s not FAIR. That’s the only thing I can think of saying.
LOL. Yes they can. Btw, I worked legal litigation and documentation for a huge corporation for 12 years even though I am not an attorney or paralegal and this is the wierdest thing I have ever seen.
Saaaaayyyyyy, Isn’t the president a Federal Employee?
One set of rules for me, a far harsher set for thee...
Thanks for the ping...oh, he’s not just a federal employee.
He is “The One.”
So Berg filed but the court had a technical glitch?
Berg got the papers in and we are back on track?
Yes, apparently so.
Korean shop and business owners in LA knew how to deal with Rodney King riots.
The empty One/OThuga
The zero OThuga
The Classless OThuga
The gaping OThuga
The drooling nasal orifice OThuga
. . .
I should stop . . . this list could become too much recreational fun.
“Korean shop and business owners in LA knew how to deal with Rodney King riots.”
U got that right! Korea Town came back better than ever as will the US when we get rid of bo (legally of course) and all the scum associated with bo.
Keep going...it’s good for your mental health!
Agreed. The Korean-Americans worked hard to build their business and were not going to le the thugs loot and burn them down.

Plenty of video.
No sign of the cops or national guard while inane lib reporters look at the Korean-Americans like the are crazy.
Reagan was so awesome. Bush could have been but he was too RINO-ish like dad. Still light years better thanO.
I agree. Bush did try to do some things; but Congress wouldn’t let him.
There is not one Congressman that is going to do anything for any of us. If they were; they would have done it by now. We will have to do it ourselves.
Thank you, Frantzie.
I hope everyone watches these videos.

That is bo’s army, a bunch of pathetic goons.
At the time, I owned an Apartment Building about 6 blocks from where the videos were taped. None of the goons came to my building. Lucky for them.
The Korean Community made me proud to be an American on that day in 1992.
In America, we have the right to protect our families and our property.
