Yep. The new structure might also act to contain nuclear materials, not unlike the Chernobyl sarcophagus.

Among the substances were high-grade graphite - used to control the speed of fission in some reactors - and barium sulfate, a nuclear shielding material.

It was a factory for golf clubs and that chalky stuff they make you drink for an Upper GI xray.

Ha ha, I think Bibi wouldn't think twice about hitting the Persian navy nor sending a couple missiles into Daffy Qaddafi's living room even the Falklands if there was a serious threat.
