Didn’t Jenn Granholm tell her state they’d be “blown away” by all the job creation she’d bring to Michigan?

What party is she in again?

Maybe she was referring to jobs! They seem to keep getting blown away..

Or Little Debbie's husband.

Michigan has the ability to create its own breaks. It chooses not to.

That isn’t true, there is no where to create “breaks.” (unless you count NOT electing Granholm again)

“Well Hollywood claims to be green.”

True. But it is my opinion that movies are a luxury, therefore to be truly green we should limit or eliminate their production.

;-)

(goose and gander kinda thing...)

As a veteran career counselor/recruiter with over 20 years experience, including some at the VP level, I can state that a resume is not key to finding a job. A bad resume can keep you out, but by itself it is a small part of the overall picture. Keeping current in your profession/field, using your network of contacts, using accepted keywords in your resume and cover letter, and sending a paper thank you note, by snail mail are things that will set you apart from the mob. That is especially important in today's marketplace.

Another Michigan company, Borders Group (BGP), is busy closing 200+ superstores. And their headquarters in Ann Arbor has laid off a huge percentage of employees.
