Precisely. These judges allowing punitive damages to people who are disobeying US immigration laws is nothing short of an abomination and slaps every US citizen in the face and spits upon their Constitutional rights of sovereignty.
Has his illegal alien aunt been deported yet? Hell no. There's something VERY fishy going on that the omnipotent one cannot for the life of him simply produce his birth certificate or college documents. If there isn't some kind of cover-up going on, the only thing they have done is full-fledged tell the American public who want to know to drop dead. Full disclosure by Obama? This is just one of many judges that need to be drug by a chain behind a pick up truck.
If the SCOTUS really wanted to stand by their oaths to “Uphold The Constitution”, they would step in and force him to produce his Birth Certificate. Instead, apparently they choose to be lap dogs like the rest of the worthless scum in DC.
Agreed, the headline is misleading.
If arizona law precludes illegals from getting punitive damages, then the judge never should have let that issue go to the jury.
Why blame the judge? The jury decided the facts and the damages.
