Wow, if this gets into law, expect it to be fast tracked to the State Supreme Court and then the Supreme Court. If it is ruled legal by the state Supreme Court, then SCOTUS will have no choice but to take it as it flies direct in the face of Roe vs. Wade. Maybe just in time for federal elections in 2010 or 2012.

The only question I have is, North Dakota is such a red state, why do they constantly elect two dumbocrats to the Senate? Both of them voted for this porkulous bill. That can’t be what the average citizen of North Dakota wants. North Dakotans, throw these bums out!!

I agree. In the small cases where a pregnant mothers life is at stake it should be up to her to make that terrible choice between her and her unborn child. Not a decision I would want to make. This does happen as I personnally know of someone who had to make this choice. This woman chose for the child and she ended up dying.

There is a long history of "prairie populism" in that region of the country, and the lying liberal Democrats learned long ago how to successfully exploit it.

ND, SD, NE, IA, MN, MT...

The Judicial Branch has declared unborn babies unpersons, and they’re not going to let a bunch of Dakota dirt farmers tell them they’re wrong.

So what will you do then?

Well I do believe the states have to exercise their rights as granted them by the People and the U. S. Constitution.

The rights of each individual state was a huge check and balance on the power of the Federal Government. However, the Federal Government has been ALLOWED to over step it’s authority. The states need to put the feds back in their place.

It’s time for the states to step up and take back their rights.

I think the Founding fathers also realized that their form of government may also need to be bi+ch slapped from time to time

I completely agree.

However, one of my passions is in urging conservatives to do a thorough study of what the federal government's true enumerated powers are, as well as their sworn duty to protect and defend the unalienable rights to life, liberty and private property.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

To reiterate: the first step in understanding these words is to figure our what powers are delegated to the national government, and what the sworn duties of its officers are. The second step is to figure out what is forbidden by our organic law to the States. Whatever is left is the purview of the States, and of the people.

We don't want to lurch out of one ditch into the opposite one.

Conservatives must be the most balanced and knowledgeable people in the country on what America authentically is, if they are to successfully combat the counterfeit.

Yes I do. Granted there are some that will not. But I have kids that are teenagers and they get it.

When they see the options of servitude or fight, they will fight.

There are a lot of times when the underdog wins!

This country is ours. It doesn’t belong to the Left.

We’re the ones who stand with the founders.

We need to take it back, in whole and intact.

They’re like kidnappers, ones who wouldn’t give a rip if a few limbs were lopped off the victim if it furthered their goal of enriching themselves.
