(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal. – 18 USC Sec. 2

That means if you "counsel someone," or write a book, or read from the Bible (such as what Obama says is an "obscure" passage in the first chapter of Romans), you could be found guilty of "inducing" someone to commit a crime.

Obama nominates homosexual activist for high federal post

[snip]

President Obama may soon tap a homosexual activist for a high-profile government post. John Berry, director of the Smithsonian National Zoological Park, is reportedly the frontrunner to be nominated director of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). That would make Berry the highest-ranking openly homosexual official in government history.

"That would make Berry the highest-ranking openly homosexual official in government history."

The key word is openly.

Yes, “openly” is a distinction, because it is apparent that the swisher in the WH has had his share of abominable liasons, though he remains in the closet about them, as with his muzlim faith.

Why do I get the feeling that the koran will not be subject to these same restrictions?

She mentions CA's new "hate crime" law... What needs to be done is the next time there's an anti-Israel rally at any CA college, video cameras need to roll, and people need to be captured on video shouting "death to Israel" and "death to Jews," especially the later. Then Abe Foxman and the ADL needs to get off their useless, Christian hating asses and get the CA and/or federal authorities to prosecute those savages. In other words, to hang them on their own petard.

Same thing with the radical homosexual activists, who invaded Church services.

To put it bluntly, we need to start using the laws for our own purposes, not just laying there, "taking it."

The Marxists will not enforce the law against their fellow communists and fascists. We no longer live under the rule of law but the rule of men - evil men. Prepare.

My own adult children and their spouses...worried about their futures and their livelihoods....voted for the *ONE*.

People I consider rational and loving....apparently unaware the damage they've caused.

My Pentecostal aunt and uncle voted for him, I was blood running cold shocked when I found out. They were convinced that Republicans made us have this “bad economy” and Obama was gonna “fix it”.

These are rational, conversative people who only watch local 6:00 news. The media did it’s job.

Wow, the Skankratary of State is a butt ugly sight first thing in the morning. (I would go back to sleep but I’m afraid I’d have nightmares.)

Let me ask Dr. Bill Bennett on his Talk Radio show this: Would you have been willing to consider each act of Hitler, of Mussolini, of Stalin, of Mao, of Pol Pot, of Tito on its merits? What if a person, by rational consideration and long study comes to determine that Obama is more likely to end up closer to a Hitler then a Tito? Would you call that person an ideologue?

At what year between 1919 and 1941 should one who is not an ideologue have started taking any action made by Hitler to be wrong, without resort to judging it on its merits?

Also, to throw in a bonus question: What is the practical difference between ACORN (and closely related affine organizations) in mid-February 2009 and the Sturmabteilung (SA, Brown Shirts) in October 1921. In that month the SA were termed the “Gymnastic and Sports Division” of the national socialist party. Clever marketing!

You voted for Barack Obama? In the next few weeks in my column, you can take a look at the "change" you've ushered in.

I'd be very surprised if even a small fraction of WND's readers voted for Obama...

In other words, to hang them on their own petard.

That's the way it's done. Hold them to their own ridiculous standards and don't forget to shine the white-hot spotlight on them while you're doing it.
