After trial balloons like this have “flown” without rebellion, the communist traitors will be emboldened to rewrite our Constitution. Study how Hugo Chavez subverted his country — Obama surely has.

We do have one thing going for us though. The fact that this “stimulus” bill will wreck the economy and rile up a lot of people.
There will be answers to be made as quickly as they got this insanity passed. We are looking at a Depression that will dwarf the one in the ‘30’s. This one will be Western-World wide. Get it? That is when the Islamic Fascists will hit us hard to cripple us permanently.
And the secular World has become too void of any and all courage to face the threat. Believe it, they will hit us again and very soon.

Iowa would still play a huge part of the party nomination cycle, but once their party has chosen its winner then you’re right. No one will need to return to Iowa and campaign.

enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State,
The compact part is interesting but a question. Don't states have existing compacts between them now, such as CCW, Drivers Licenses, etc?

Do these geniuses realize that they just rendered the people of Iowas voice as meaningless? They most assuredly do, however the question really should be "Do the people of Iowa know?"

It calls for Iowa to join with other states and pledge its electoral votes to the winner of the national popular vote, no matter who wins in Iowa.

Precisely! Whoever’s turnout the media can keep down, that’s who loses.

If acceptance of out-of-state drivers’ licenses is unilateral legislation on each state’s part and does not depend on a reciprocal agreement with the other states I’d say it doesn’t constitute a violation of this. I’m not familiar enough with the basis of recognition of out-of-state CCW permits to intelligently comment on them.
