This is what 0bama advocates, isn't it? No medical help for a live birth during an abortion? I'm appalled by what happened but not surprised.

It was exactly the same baby 30 seconds before she was born. I don’t get the “shock and outrage” that 2 minutes has produced.

I don’t get the mother suing. She contracted for a dead baby. That’s what she got. Does she want damages for pain and suffering for being forced to confront the reality of her complicity to murder?

That is exactly what I was thinking. She didn't really care before hand, and now all of a sudden she cares. Is she going to sue because she was traumatized by the fact that it was a living human inside of her?
It was always a living human being you twit!

I do think that some women feel guilt after seeing the baby after the abortion. I have worked in medical laboratories for 30+ years. I have seen aborted babies. They are fully developed at the end of the first trimester. From then on they just grow. I think the bulk of those seeking abortion, particularly the teen-age girls, really have no idea that the baby will even look like a baby (reference the movie JUNO). I do think it is a shock when the ‘products of conception’ are there in a bucket for them to see. They should be required to see videos of their babies before they commit to killing them. Informed consent. I suspect it would drastically cut down of the number of abortions.

Wrongful life implies you are subjected to costs for which you didn’t contract. Had the child lived longer, perhaps that would fly, but a life of a few minutes didn’t increase costs to the mother.

Or maybe she’s just trying to get the money. Our culture has such low morals I really can’t speculate on which it might be.

As horrific as this is, the lawsuit and any damages awarded may make doctors think twice about performing abortions this late. This precious baby dying may actually save lives.

"I don't care what your politics are, what your morals are, this should not be happening in our community," said Tom Pennekamp, a Miami attorney representing Williams in her lawsuit against Renelique (ren-uh-LEEK') and the clinic owners. This witch shouldn't have the right to sue the clinic. They did for her what she hired them to do. . .murder her baby.
In reality, both she and the clinic workers who participated in this butchery should be charged with murder.

I’m sure abortion has moral ramifications for the mother, either immediately or at some point down the road. (And those who claim they feel none are, I think, denying reality.) At any rate, there has to be some type of damages which is actionable or cognizable in a court of law. I suppose there could be some argument of pain and suffering along the lines of family members of condemned prisoners who see the execution botched, but this type of case really puts the pro-abortionists in a quandary. Do they support this young woman’s suit on the pain and suffering of knowing your child lived and then was disposed of? Or do they continue on their fantasy that abortion has no emotional or spiritual ramifications for the mother? Inquiring minds will be watching to see their reaction.

The other irony is if the young woman had given birth to the baby at home or in a hospital then thrown the baby in a trash bag and into the dumpster, SHE would be on trial for murder. None of it makes any sense.

he would probably only complain that they weren’t using recyclable ‘biohazard waste’ bags and that the abortionists drove an SUV...

The pro aborts are ok if the same baby is killed in the womb. Outside the womb, where they can see it, they are aghast?????
It’s all about them - not the child.
