Mr. Hanson once again hits it out of the park and his best line was the last in the article.

"...we the people, due to our American malaise, are to blame."

Very dangerous times ahead for the Republic!

“He is already cracking under the preasure. and it has only been two weeks. he will age alot in the next 4 years.’

You can see that already. His skin is looking ashy and there are bags under his eyes. Welcome to the Big Boy’s job, Zero!

Meanwhile, back in Alaska, that bumbling incoherent, trailerpark trash wanna be(sarcasm off), Governor Palin, actually set aside surplus revenue so Alaska is weathering this economic storm pretty well. Don't read much about it in the lame stream media do you?

I will say this, I don't think Obama's impending failure is going to do a thing for Palin's chances.

The inexperience label stuck to her.

If Obama is a disaster, America's going to run to the most cliched Experienced White Guy out there for a replacement. They're not going to want more "change" or "something different."

I know any comment about Palin is construed as criticism of her, but the sad fact is she has been painted as a flake and is now a pop culture cliche, and it's not a flattering portrait.

Next time around, people will be looking for someone like Reagan in bearing and quiet strength, not "energy" and personality but the cliche of the John Wayne strong silent type who can get things done, no more celebrities.

This is what happens when you have a country of 300 million people and no serious journalists.

“Somewhere Hillary is laughing bitterly.”

And doing shots.
In fact - I wouldn’t mind doing some shots with her.

“At home, Obama is becoming laughable and laying the groundwork for the greatest conservative populist reaction since the Reagan Revolution.”

VDH says it so well.

“Agreed. Too few hold that view though.”

I guess it’s not important whether you believe that or not. The policies will come from Obama’s office. Whether Obama is a puppet, or his own man, the policies will still stink the same.

I just look at it, and see how Obama lacks decisiveness and leadership, yet he rocketed to the top of the national scene. That kind of rise happens only in two cases: #1 - A very dynamic, charismatic leader, or #2 - A well groomed puppet.

Obama doesn’t have leadership ability. He’s charismatic, yes, but he couldn’t lead dogs to steak. He’s too tentative, unsure of himself. So, I think he’s a puppet.

“Good column. It now seems likely that 0 will actually replace Jimmy Carter at the bottom of the heap of dim ne’er-do-wells.”

Well, carter can still hold the title of worst president during the 20th century.

Such an unfair comparison. Alaska has oil. Whereas California has............the Sierra Club.

Because FDR was a Lib and had control / support of the silver screen and radio monarchs. FDR was a very powerful man, plus remember the rate of illiteracy of the general populous back then (they simply couldn’t read and many never finished H.S.).

The difference between PRESIDENT and PRESENT is a missing “ID”.

Zero’s PRESidENCY in resIDency searches for ID in White House, maybe ID is under bus with his white grandmother.

A “present” vote does not qualify Presidents -— BIG difference in pay-grades.

What do you espect from someone who is not Constitutionally-qualified to serve as President -- and he knows, and those around him know it, and everyone else with a brain knows it as well???

Since he ascended to the throne lawlessly, do you think that he will rule any other way than with hubris, arrogance, prefabrications, duplicity, hypocrisy and lawlessness???

The old communist and pervert, Frank Marshall Davis, who originally came from Chicago, was the only real father figure O had before O went to America. In that role Davis may have become O’s paramour and, even more likely, controller. When O went to America, it’s only logical that Davis passed O on to another controller, probably Ayers. After all, why did O transfer from Occidental College in California to Columbia for his last two undergraduate years, unless it was to be near Ayers, who lived only about a quarter mile away from O?

"So now I’m wondering if we would be any better off with Biden?"

What if The Preesident gets tired and decides he'd rather be an "Honorable Emissary Plenipotenetiary" for the UN?

We'll be stuck with the Dumbest Senator until 2013! And the competition for "Dumbest Senator" is pretty stiff:

These guys are so stupid they can't tell the difference between singular and plural (at least when it comes to tax violations).
