Yup, you said "barking" (or referenced it) at your posts #36, 37 58, 71, and maybe others.

That's in your subthread of justifying the shooting.

What that means is that you have argued that if a dog barks a warning and someone fails to back off then he may be shot.

So kneel down and kiss my butt.

Poker? Did they use a poker on this poor guy as well as shoot him? Oh, my!

You very conveniently left out post #74 where I made it clear what significance the dog barking had. (at least to people who aren't nuttier than squirrel poop)

muawihah: Did you ever stop to think the dogs probably bark at other times ~

What does that have to do with anything? The guy breaking in wouldn't have known that one way or the other.

Clearly I am not justifying anything by citing the two dogs barking. The point I made, time and again, was that the intruder didn't notice that two dogs were inside the house barking. A huge clue that it wasn't his house. Yet he persisted in breaking into it. Something any rational person in the position of the people inside the house would see as aggressive.

I realize that leaves you out but the law isn't written to help lunatics break into homes.

So, bite me, nutcake!

As I said earlier ... you nervous, trigger happy types who buy a weapon to make a statement ... hoping, desperately, that someone, anyone ... will give you the slightest opportunity to make your manhood/womanhood by blowing them away ... are essentially cowards. You lack confidence in yourself and are dangerous to others. You give responsible gun owners a bad name.

You're the guy who posted "dogs barking" as if it had significance. You also claim that the so-called intruder didn't notice the dogs barking.

That's something we can't know now 'cause he's dead and we can't ask him.

It's still relevant what kind of dogs they were ~ and we also need to know what the investigators asked about the dogs ~

Something else to ask is whether or not the shooters had any sort of prior relationship witht their victim. Did they, perhaps, encounter him at the clubhouse and have a bad experience?

Households usually have all sorts of things that could make improvised weapons. I'd assume that our sweet-natured golf pro was no weakling.

Your rant about "nervous, trigger happy ass****"s is incoherent and illogical. I've never pulled a trigger in anger, yet would without a second thought shoot someone in a similar circumstance...and wouldn't lose a wink of sleep...except for wondering if some moron such as yourself would actually try to charge me with a crime.

If you did, you'd have reason to be nervous for the rest of your unnaturally shortened life.

Incoherent and illogical? Speaking of incoherent & illogical ... need I say more?
By the way is that last sentence a threat? Not being the nervous, trigger happy type that you obviously are ... my response ... suck it up & get a life. You moron ...

ROTFLOL It is self-evident that he didn't notice them or he would have left. The rest of your nonsensical questions were put to rest by the official investigation. Your troofer take on this simple case is making a mockery of a tragic story.

Go get what the investigators said about the dogs and then we’ll talk.

You have been blowing a lot of smoke out your arse but it's still smoke. The fact that you can't defend your position without ad-hominem is indicative of your lack of confidence in your position. As is making sweeping assumptions about people you don't know. You are revealing yourself for the idiot you are. Nothing like any of the close friends of mine for thirty years who are Marines.

So, you’re switching from attacking and distorting what I said to questioning the thoroughness of the investigation? Without basis I might add. So far you haven’t backed up any of your accusations about me or your wild assertions about the case. FWIW you’re not very good at the dodging and weaving. You are transparently delusional.

Look, you said "barking dogs" repeatedly. I said you did earlier and you said I lied.

Those are incontrovertible facts.

You've claimed to have the entire investigative jacket available ~ so tell us what the investigators said about the dogs.

I'm only going from what's in the newspapers ~ the story there is obviously incomplete. At the same time the investigators undoubtedly kept some of the facts secret from the writers ~ but not you apparantly.

So, do what I suggested ~ take the entire investigative report, scan it, post it somewhere, and let's see what it really said. Then we can challenge it's thoroughness with a full understanding of what they actually said.

I know this sort of thing is frustrating to you, but if you ever want to be given more complex tasks, you'll have to learn how to look beyond the surface.

Whatever ... buddy, you are obviously way over the top ... I will maintain fire discipline here and not respond to an obvious fool ... you bring the term idiot to a whole new level.

That's some fire control. You blast off several more indiscriminate insults to prove your discipline. LOLOL

Or was it to prove your intellectual prowess? You haven't shown anything else to judge it by.

Hardly. Anyone can read back through and see that isn't true. The only thing complex here is trying to unravel your insane rantings.

Hey, TigersEye, you and I wouldn't be in the FR forum unless we agreed on most issues ... we don't agree on this one ... that's OK.
See you down the road ...
