I would expect if they did not kill the child he would have killed Kimberley sometime later, perhaps after putting her in the hospital a couple of times. A certain type of young woman cannot conceive of living with any other sort of man, I say young woman because such tend to not become old women.

Yep. I just took a risk and ordered it on BluRay today (by risk, I mean I hope it is worth spending the extra $$$ vs. DVD).
I rented The Downfall after seeing those random joke clips of Hitler with replaced subtitles. I had heard nothing about this movie and actually had it confused in title only with that HBO movie made several years ago about post WWII Europe if the Nazis won (Fatherland I think?).
Anyway, I was stunned. I knew what The Goebbels did, but I did not expect to see it depicted so accurately in that movie. I’m not a man that typically tears up during movies, but I couldn’t hold back during that scene. I literally wanted to kick that bitch when she threw herself to Hitler’s feet begging him to not kill himself in order to save National Socialism (that scene needs a re-subtitling referring to modern history if you ask me).
When they showed her giving her kids the sleeping drugs, I almost threw my ashtray at the TV. When the cyanide came, I lost it.
After reading this thread’s article, that scene was the very first thing that popped into my head.

Normally I’d agree with you, but beating a 2 year old girl to death?!? Execution is too quick and those filthy HINOs (human in name only) deserve even worse than that!!!! The death penalty is not enough for them. I wish I could lock them in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives with only their thoughts. Nothing cruel about that since its just reflecting on past events, right?

My kids took their share of baths in the kitchen sink. I miss those days.
I love the toddler years...the “terrible twos” are the best. Kids that age think you hung the moon.
I remember the night they discovered the body in the plastic tub - then over the time when they found out who the little girl was, then found the idiot mother. The news showed her actually coming to the door and talking to the media. She’s too stupid to live and breathe - she and the boyfriend need to be beaten daily in prison for the remainder of their pathetic lives.
Not that I am disagreeing with your intent, but this guy was not the father of this little girl - the real father didn’t know what the girl was. He and his mother (the grandmother) had looked for her. The mother ran off to live with someone she met on the internet...
