“Even with a great propaganda machine there is always a weakness, usually self created. CCCP had a great propaganda machine and it went down in flames.”
“Their country dissolved. Will ours?”
Not if we can help it. Besides that criminals/liars usually overplay their hand. It should be as simple as rejecting all falsehood/lies/criminals, but a lot of people are philosophically confused and the propagandists are great at swaying foggy thinkers.
It boggles the mind doesn't it? They've been after Rush for some time. There are vast multiples of them and in the aggregate their control of multiple platforms (including schools) are overwhelming in their amplification of lies. Rush likes to think of himself as balance/counterweight to them, but he is outflanked on so many levels including government levels. Who in government stood up to these thugs/punks that signed Rush Smear Letter?
That's not much to brag about. X42 served his maximum 2 terms, was not convicted of his articles of impeachment, and his sitting VP Algore came within a hairsbreadth of getting elected after him.

Yes, as I said: “Their country dissolved. Will ours?
“Truth can expose a political agenda as to what it really is.”
Yes, but the general populace does not examine events as most of us do. They are usually taken by the slick talkers in the MSM.
Doubt me? Explain 53% of the electorate voting for a “Community Organizer” in a time of war and economic fall.
Looking at the lessons of history one can certainly make the case that it could. On the other hand, there are some civilizations/countries that have been around a long time...China, Greece, Egypt come to mind. Our founding documents are rational/moral. Can they withstand irrational, anti-truth, anti-individual, anti-life individuals/collectives working against them? In the near term, yes. Long term? I would like to think so, but I don't know. As long as like-minded, truth-seeking, life-affirming, well-armed citizens are alive, I remain optimistic.
