Separation of Church and State isn't defined in the Constitution, especially the way they want to apply it. Congress can't prohibit the free exercise thereof.

What religion, Buddhism? Atheists can always use that moment of silence to contemplate nothingness.

Wow. I need to re-read my copy of the US Constitution. I completely missed the part about making kids shut up for a few minutes being unconstitutional. Dang these glasses.
