Yup - it’s the same thing. Hard to believe.

This will fuel a market rally for some time, until people begin to wake up and realize they've been had yet once again. I'd expect that around midsummer the rally will top out and the market begin a death spiral.

The Democrats economic approach of gov't stimulus is a fountain issuing from a central source. May flood locally surrounding lands temporarily, does not provide long-term irrigation.

I hate to ask this but are we (i.e. traditional Americans aka conservatives) the benefactors of this "hope" and "change?" Are we the pigs from which the lard will be rendered? I.e. are we going to be rounded up and our assets confiscated to give to the whiners and nonproducers?

Many of the people? Do you honestly believe that ANY of them are that smart? If so, why did they vote for him?
I wasn't online when you made your post, but it looks like you answered your own question within your post.

In my daughter’s middle school here in Massachusetts, the kids will watch 0’s speech, and then compare his speech to those of JFK, FDR and Lincoln. Some maroon has found a way to put the 0 in math class, too.
In my son’s school, the kids are having midterms all week, with no mention of the 0 being the center of the universe, I mean curriculum, yet.
My other kids are homeschooled, and we will watch the 0’s speech. Talk at the dinner table that night will definitely be educational for the kids.

Most people are total freaking idiots. These people are going to be in for a rude awakening when they realize that everything “The One” does only makes things worse.
Stupid sheep. They deserve the pain and suffering coming their way.

The pollaganda continues.
I am now saddened that the stupidity of the American people is even greater than previously thought.

“He won 52% of the votes but now he is supported by 79% of the people before he even begins to govern? What did he do exactly so he is now getting the support of the majority of the people who voted against him?”
He got the media to suppress any and all dissent about him.
These games will continue ad infinitum.

You got it. In poker when you look around the table and can’t find the mark, YOU are the mark.

A friend of mine was a missionary to the former Soviet Union many years ago. He described going in to a restaurant: It was open. There he and the folks with him were, and there were the waiters and waitresses, all standing in a row doing nothing but smoking cigarettes. No one offered to seat them, and when they did, service was awful.
When everyone earns the same amount of money no matter how hard they work, work quality deteriorates. Service deteriorates. But... at least everyone is equal. I understand motivating workers was a huge problem in the old Soviet Union.
