WHO had demanded?
Highly unlikely and as I said on a previous thread last night that concern about the Supreme Court’s decisions without comment not to hear the cases challenging Obama’s qualifications are being misconstrued and my take is that there may be two reasons why this has occurred:
It may have been decided without comment because they considered the issue as a “Political” issue and will not interfere because of the hue and cry raised in the 2000 election and believing it should now be worked out through the process of the political system. The first reason leads into the second.
The second reason would be that because it was a political issue it was not suitably “Ripe” for decision until actual violation occurs.
After Obama takes office, the " Ripeness" issue exists and a violation of the Constitutional requirements for holding office in fact exist. Then the fun begins because it is now in fact a case of possible violation of the Constitutional requirements for holding the office of President of the United States. He could be ordered to produce appropriate documentation to establish the fact he is a natural born citizen and qualified or, if he can’t, a Constitutional crisis then arises. In that case, two additional states vote for a Constitutional Convention are needed and then guess who appoints the delegates to that convention? A Democrat controlled congress! As that Russian recently commented, the U.S. will split apart and civil unrest will be everywhere. You think Obama, that allegedly brilliant Constitutional scholar and Professor, hasn't thought this out you are kidding yourselves! He could have simply put all this to rest by producing his Birth Certificate but instead it’s Chicago politics as usual.

I may do so just to see Roberts do the vows with a
straight face.
This does have potential for a set-up/sting but I have yet
to see congressmen with balls enought to follow through.
Either way -
0bama born in the US or not, either way, there is one inescapable conclusion to be drawn.
They do not answer to us.
We don’t know, and we aren’t going to know, because (1) 0bama doesn’t want us to know, and (b) the people empowered to force him to tell us, won’t.

It's not just the BC it's fighting every attempt to unlock any information that Obama wants kept hidden from Americans.
I say again, foreign intel agencies will likely have no problem whatsoever getting all that information and making it available for use.
Thus, Obama is indeed the first blackmail president.
I don’t and can’t entertain that premise. If you are correct, then this Republic is finished. Eventually the truth will come out. It’s just what the consequences for such conduct that are in doubt.

The most likely way to expose the fraud is via a foreign agent. How?...I’m not sure, but the front door approach by many good Americans is not effecting the immovable objects. A back door or covert action has a better chance to get the information.
The next question is, how will the public react? Unfortunately, I don’t think they care.

Conaway has been a good Rep and good conservative for the most part, until this. I really didn’t like his letter response, like he’s just blowing our concerns off.
I think you are wrong, remember, 46 million of us did not vote for the Fraud, while he does have quite a few diehards, many millions voted for him just because it was cool. I can’t believe all 54 million would go along with that.
Right now Hillary is in the catbird seat. Everyone that Obama has nominated to his cabinet is a Clintonite. Makes you wonder doesn’t it? She saw the writing on the wall, let him take the lead, when the sh!t hits the fan, its all on him, then she comes to the rescue. I wonder if Obama will make it 4 yrs. in office.
There is too much we don’t know about him. Once he takes that oath, there will be a bullseye on him, and I am not talking assassination. I am talking money and fame that would come from bringing down the first African American President. That would be Obama’s own fault because of his dishonesty. With all of the questions and secrets surrounding him, it makes him easy pickins for a takedown.

If this proceeds, I wonder if the records will mysteriously get lost.
Also, some people were saying that a foreign intelligence agency could get the info. I think a dime store PI could get it. Just bribe a work study student for a photocopy.
