3. Pass legislation securing property rights in the U.S., including property rights threatened or nullified by "environmental concerns".
4. Watch the U.S. economy soar to unprecedented heights as foreign and domestic capital flood the U.S. economy like Lake Pontchartrain flooding New Orleans.
