I guess that means that the phrase: “or prohibiting the free exercise therof” is unconstitutional according to Newdow. (Has he even read the constitution?)

I am trying to figure out why anyone refers to him as an athiest. If he does not believe in God, then God and God’s symbols mean nothing to him.
Newdow is constantly battling God. How can he be battling someone he believes does not exist?
And I agree.
Newdow is also a real pain in the keister in the neighborhood and he’s a real pill to the people at the grocery store who tell me they cringe when the SOB comes in.
Newdow and his ilk would probably already be dead from AIDS.
