“He will be blackmailed over it. You know any government with the resources of the Russians or Chinese can get the proof of what he is and you know they would use it.”

I’m willing to bet they already have it. Pravda certainly seems in no doubt. They’re about the only “mainstream” paper actually covering the issue.

They were really burned by the nasty reaction to the first Bush election decision.

And rightly so.

The Florida issues were political issues par excellence, and should have been resolved by the political branches.

Everybody whines about the courts, especially the USSC, but nobody does anything about it.

Havung a knockdown, drag-out fight over the Florida electors on the floor of Congress (as prescribed by the Constitution) would have done more to limit the universal jurisdiction of the Supreme Court than a century of fighting over nominees.

Bush v. Gore was a nonjusticeable political question. If it wasn't, then nothing done by the People is nonjusticeable - and that's the whole problem we face in a nutshell.

Ok I’ll say it, The Rappahannock River will be the new Rubicon one day (not as far in the future as I thought).

Fredricksburg led to Gettysburg, and the road to Appomattox.

Be careful what you wish for.

Hopefully, in the future, the troops will be going north not south. Not holding my breath.

Did you forget your meds? I posted the article. In many ways, the writer has written an article that pretty well sums up what is taking place in the USA.

IMHO, Ignorance and lack of education has us where we are today. The public schools are cesspools that are allowed to continue the spread of ignorance throughout this nation. What is amazing is the Billions if not Trillions of dollars given to Public Education to increase the ignorance among the people from generation to generation. In addition, there isn't any doubt that Liberals hang out here. Most of all, every time there is an encounter with Liberals they are absolutely miserable. My question to Liberals is this: Why aren't Liberals happy? Liberals have their Kenyan Messiah elected by Foreign Money and questionable voting fraud throughout dozens of states, SO, why aren't Liberals happy?

The Democrats have succeeded at implementing the ultimate "Coupe D Etat". Liberals should embrace their win for now, because the kool aid will wear off of those who are already questioning why they voted for Barack Hussein Obama.

We recently experienced a “Coup D Etat”. The Liberals have what they worked for while the Conservatives fought with each other and continue to fight with each other.

Not yet. Today is D-minus 31. There's a lot of time for things to play out.

“The Rappahannock River will be the new Rubicon one day (not as far in the future as I thought). Mark my words.”

You’ve stirred my curiousity, but your reference to and connections with civil wars eons and continents apart is too subtle for my pea-brain. Might you spell it out in big fat letters with appropriate underlines, blinking lights and bold asterisks?

Thanks.

Steps to understanding what I meant.

  1. Look at a election map from 2008
  2. Change the red to grey
  3. Look at a politcal map from 1860.
  4. Do you see any similarities?
  5. Note that NoVa went blue i.e. north of the Rappahannock River is a Libtard strong hold.

Get it?

At this point in time, I do not think that most of the people give a damn.

After all, it is only the Constitution and not American Idol.

In actuality the Constitution died a long time ago. Beginning in 1947.

It began in ernest under Bush I and accellerated under the clinton regime. [To wit]

Amendment 1. Justice Hugh Black invented the “separation of church and state” doctrine. Nowhere in the Frist amendment is that stated. The first part of the Amendment was put there to keep the State out of religion, not religion out of the State. It has expanded to include “hate speech” whatever that is and the prosecution of individuals for their thoughts, not actions.

Amenfdment 4 was added because British Officials carried what they called “King’s Warrants which gave them the authority to enter one’s home at their pleasure day or night, regardless whether or not a crime had been committed.
The Founding Fathers added the 4th Amendment to prevent this. All one has to do is read the papers and watch the news to see this Amendment violated repeatedly by “no knock “search warrants. And nothing is done to correct the abuses.

Amendment 5. The phrase “Iterferring with an invesitgation” negates this one.

But the communists have gave the idiots two more “rights” for now. 1. The right to a government paid for abortion.2. Free health care, fof now.

Just looked her up in the Social Security Death Index. There are 38 matches for "Lily" and "Taylor" but she is obviously the one born 12 Aug 1886, died Nov 1969, last residence Bryn Mawr, Delaware (Co.), PA. I remember hearing a long time ago about the manner of her death, and it's mentioned in an online biography.

The Sather lectures are given by a different scholar each year who is a visiting professor at Berkeley for one term. They are then supposed to be published as a book within a couple of years and most have been, including a number of noteworthy volumes in the field.

For a long time service in the Roman army was restricted to landowners. After Marius opened it up to landless men, you started getting soldiers who expected their general to get legislation passed that would give them land (taken from land confiscated from Rome's enemies in the course of its wars), so soldiers started having more loyalty to their general than to the state. With highly ambitious men like Marius, Sulla, Pompey, and Caesar vying for power, that was a formula for disaster. Sulla was the first to use his troops to capture Rome, purely for his own selfish political purposes.

If the needed data is in Kenya, I doubt it would take all that much to acquire the material for blackmail. Raila is Barry’s cousin, supposedly, so he may even have the data squirreled away as an insurance policy.

Raila is making his list and checking it twice. Look for a lot of foreign aide heading to Nairobi for public works projects, especially for Birthplace of the Unnamed President.

By the way, a recent volume of the Sather Classical Lectures, perhaps the most recent to be published (2007) is Denis Feeney's Caesar's Calendar: Ancient Time and the Beginnings of History, which is a fascinating and very readable look at how the Romans saw time and how they came up with the date of the foundation of Rome. It includes Julius Caesar's calendar reform but much more. Very reasonably priced, too ($29.95 hardback, $18.95 paperback, from the University of California Press--compared to prices typically upwards of $100 a volume for British and European academic publishers).

Justice Black didn’t invent the phrase, he referenced the “separation of church and state” statement which originated in a letter from Thomas Jefferson (1802) to the Danbury Baptist Association.

Your point is well taken, however, that 99.99% of Americans would swear to you that this “separation of church and state” concept is actually written in the Constitution. People commonly confuse this ‘sep of church and state’ phrase with the ‘establishment clause’ of the First Amendment.

Our willful ignorance is sickening. We just don’t care enough to KNOW or to TRY.

My question is: besides reading the blogs and get outraged...have we seen, anywhere in the country, more than 4 people in front of the SCOTUS building?

Have we heard anything yet about US, we the people, making BIG noise like the jerks for prop 8?

Have we done anything else YET besides yelling at the SCOTUS - in the blogs - and filing and filing again and being denied over and over again? And being laughed at because WE are so ...polite...

Right now, I don’t see ANYTHING which could be loud enough to be picked up by the media. We are on the side of the law - right - guess what. That does not make any noise and it DOES NOT WORK! I am not saying that we should not be on the side of the law of course but right now the problem is: only the nutsjob are heard - the thugs...and they win - ALL THE TIME!

It seems that we cannot count on anyone but us to save this country and our Constitution.

So what’s next? Bend under marxism and hope that at least we will keep our blogs up and running???

Tell me...what’s next? Are we going to keep on blogging while our Constitution is being killed and nobody cares???

Our country is dying - Our America, The America of our Founding Fathers and what do we do since 2 years??? We blog - we are outraged - we file...right...impressive results indeed. In the meantime, the messiah, the marxist indonesian muslim wan!!! The “coup d’etat” HAPPENED and nothing seems to be able to stop him.

And...we blog...we are outraged...we file...

Wake me up when you’ll be ready to ACT!
