“Taint”??
In my humble opinion, the term “REEKS OF SCANDAL” would be more to the point.
But that’s just me, I suppose.

If only the Republicans would actually attack, but they won't. Well, actually, the Illinois Republicans are attacking. One ad, but it's a start. Of course they may have to back off because the ad has upset John McCain. You remember hime don't you? He's the guy who ruined Sarah Palin's campaign.

In the end, the MSM will have to decide whether they want to hide this for the next four years or get Bambi and the Chicago Mob’s scalps and sell papers for the next couple of years.
Funny thing is, this scandal might be the only thing that will sell enough papers to reduce the losses. Ironic isn’t it?

Republicans attack Democrats?
Hells Bells!
We have Colin Powell attacking Rush Limbaugh & Sarah Palin!
We have Newt Gingrich telling Repulicans to back off Barack!
We have Juan MeCain telling Republicans to stop attacking Huessen Obamah and work with Democrats for the sake of the country.

Is that a joint or a cigarette?

“But that got less attention from the national news media.”
Say what? This is inexplicable.

Between the wars,m the British government spent a whole lot on stuff, and while it improved the Birtish quality fo life, did not boost the economy much.

If only the Republicans would actually attack, but they won't.Are you kidding? Party leaders like Newt Gingrich are chiding us for engaging in the politics of personal destruction.
