What gets me about all of this is were there any appreciable scandals of this nature floating around when President Bush was preparing to take office???
Other than the recount crap...Which was more of a Florida thing than a Chicago thing...
Just thinking back...
If this is the kind of thing Obama brings to the table before he takes office...I am really concerned about his ability to effectively lead this country in any direction other than downhill with no brakes...
Take these into account:
- birth certificate (natural born) issue...[dead on arrival]
- Connection to his vacated senate seat discussions...[in play]
- Chief of Staff involvement with the Senate seat issue...[in play]
Lets populate the list of things that are already hanging like a 20 ton yoke on the elected leader of the free world now...
Sounds to me like this is going to take years to clear up...And he still has to have time to take care of all of or bills, bailing friends out...etc etc etc

If I were Rezko’s “friends” I would worry a little. If I were Rezko, I would worry about my friends.
Anybody who trusts ol’ Fitz to prosecute strictly IAW the law must also believe in the Tooth Fairy. I think this guy is a demrat snuffer—as in snuffing what ever needs to be snuffed to protect The Messiah.

Yeah he might really be better off staying in solitary. As many crooked things as he has been in, if he really started to talk he might really make people up there nervous.
Or a pardon (or commutation). Would it be fitting for Bush to offer Rezko one of the above for flipping on BHO, as pennance for having had the sort of Administration that produced Zero's election?
A lot of the Illinois corruption will just disappear in January. It already is falling off the front page, never to be seen again.
And now Rick Warren the mega churcher is front and center at the inauguration. Barack’s acting like his own man right now. Gays are protesting at the Saddleback Church (not the brokeback mountain chapel). I think Obama wants everyone and I mean everyone to watch so he threw Rick Warren into the inauguration.
The expert at swearing is Guv. Blago. Maybe Guv Pottymouth should do the swearing in. It would be more appropriate.
