Apparently Rod’s boys have finally deduced that he has a great deal of leverage.

Stand tall, governor Blago.

Resigning would be suicide. He has the incoming President of the US on the hook, let alone every shithook politician in Illinois.
He'll serve eight months in a minimum security country club.
We the taxpayers will be buying him three homes in the Caribbean and a Lexus.

I was dissapointed when I read Blago was resigning this morning - so this is good news! And bad news for Democrats who will continue to see their brand-name trashed by this scandal.

Dig in, Blago, by all means dig in!!

Go Blogo. This should be fun. Wonder how the MSM will get him off and keep their hero clean?

He truly deserves a full and open public trial. Under no circumstances should the people be deprived of hearing the whole story and all of the witnesses.
Sadly, it’s more likely that Gore is right about the Polar Ice Caps than the truth in this Organized Crime Case ever being seen by public.

The pay-to-play scandal threatens to dog Mr Obama through the opening months of his administration and undermine his campaign message of change. BWAHAAAA!! Ya think?!
The day the Chicago Machine "changes" is the day we can all probably hang everything up.

Please, address your questions to the dead in Chicago, not the folks down-state. Seriously.

A governor’s seat is f***ing valuable - you don’t just give something like that up without getting something in return!

Blago has known from the start that he is covered. He has Obama by the balls. Nobody, including 'rat suck-up Fitz is going to depth-charge the magic negro before he even has a chance to f* up the economy beyond repair.
