It is possible that she thought the gators would take care of the evidence. This is Florida and there are remarks from searchers that the undeveloped lots where the remains were found were swampy. Really, though, there is not a bunch of evidence that Casey has any common sense. She did this and then went about her life as if she were care-free.
OMG, said the police called Cindy Anthony to tell her what they have found, said Cindy said: “oh, okay” and hung up.
These things are just so troubling. I’m still haunted by the animal who put his baby in the microwave.
We have a sick society, too self-centered.
They can’t possibly be surprised. In spite of their public personnas.
OTOH, exam gloves are a criminal’s best friend.
Casey isn’t that smart.
This case has been going on for several months. How could any property owner that close to one of the key locations in the case possibly have avoided a search this long? Hard to imagine a property developer turning down such a request, and even harder to imagine that such a refusal wouldn’t have been followed with a search warrant within a matter of hours. I’ll be interested to hear who the property owner is . . .
We recently had a case in Ontario (the X box boy) of a teen who went missing in early October (no foul play - he ran away and died of a fall from a tree). Major searches for him, hundreds of volunteers, and months later hunters found his remains on farmland. They had searched the area, and literally were meters away, but did not find him despite multiple searches. It happens.
I just pray this isn’t another canard in the way the bag in the lake was.
I have watched Nancy Grace almost every night since this child disappeared and she has had on Tim from Equusearch as well as the bounty hunter and everyone has been frustrated by the type of turrain they were having to search... very difficult. I don't know if you saw the video from the scene today, but where they found this bag was very heavy with undergrowth, probably why the guy thought he could pee without being seen. Yes, there was houses across the street, but this was not an area where you had to get permission to look.
Yes, thanks...
I heard about the duct tape after hearing about the location and the bag.
I think those defense attorneys who hope to see one of their hotshot own get Casey off because the remains weren’t found for so long, yet they are so near the Anthony home and the area had been searched, so therefore some third party must have recently dropped them off there, are going to be sorely disappointed.
Those of us who want justice for Caylee will be pleased.
Here's the quote from Cindy Anthony to Larry King the night before Caylee was found:
KING: Has Nancy Grace convicted your daughter?
CINDY ANTHONY: Absolutely. Nancy Grace is the reason there are people out there -- but I tell you what, there's just as many people that watch Nancy Grace that only watch her because they don't have local media like we do in Orlando, keeping up with Caylee. That's their only outlet. They don't believe in the things she's doing. In fact, it's fact they tell us when this is all done, when Caylee is home, they're never going to watch her again.

I was wondering where the money for that family is coming from. When this all started it was revealed they were close to being bankrupt — seems Casey helped them along in that regard stealing from everyone in the family as well as her friends... now Casey has her own OJ-like dream team (even down to Henry Lee) and her parents are spending the night at the Ritz in $300 a night rooms and eating dinner in $100 a plate restaurants.
I believe it is Florida drug money, and that the Anthonys are a mob family.
That’s the only thing that makes sense to me.
They are certainly dysfunctional. I heard earlier this afternoon on Fox the family believes this is Casey, but — as predicted by Ruben Padilla — someone placed her there to frame Casey.
I want to see video tape of mom’s reaction when she was told a body was found
I knew the instant O.J. voice was heard on the phone when he was notified that they fiund his wife’s body
I knew the very first time I saw Susan Smith was on TV that she did something...
i should rent myself out as a lie detector
