If conservatives can't unite behind forcing the Supreme Court to stop an ineligible Obama from taking office, what can we unite behind?

This case reminds me so much of the frowned upon practice by some of the Church of the Latter Day Saints of posthumously baptizing people (especially Jews). Does that baptism make that person posthumously a Christian? Not hardly. Does a parent being of a nationality other than American disqualify the child born on American soil of their “natural born” status? Of course not.

We also need to reenergize our discussions on those nefarious CONTRAILS and Internment Camps.

The template is there, but the will of the people must be behind the effort to correct a wrong...
If not...Then it’s going to be a long, hard road to travel...

Here’s a 9 part radio interview on Saturday with Leo Donfrio about his case. Worth listening to.

(Ignore the backwaters-sounding radio commentator - it’s truly unfortunate that guys that sound like they just stepped out of a bayou are mouthpieces for conservatives).

I would want the Court to take this up if I had seen any substantial evidence that BHO is not a natural born U.S. citizen. So far I haven’t.

Kelo. McCain-Feingold. Etc...
Yeah... they'll flush the Constitution again. With Heller, they did their "once per annum" thing.
