There are 100’s of these threads. It’s unbelievable.
I’d like to some proof of that..well here it is
In the case of a child born to one U.S. citizen parent and one alien parent, the U.S. citizen parent now had only to be physically present in the United States or its outlying possessions prior to the child’s birth for 10 years, at least 5 of which were after the age of 14. “Physical presence” was different from the concept of “residence” which had applied under the previous statute. The physical presence requirement could be satisfied by mere presence in the United States even if the person had not established a legal residence there.

This now appears to be incorrect as in 1994 Public Law 103-416 was passed which is the Immigration and Nationality Technical Corrections Act of 1994. This law makes current immigration law applicable retroactive to Obamas birth in 1961. As such it does not matter if Obama was born in Kenya or in Hawaii as he would have been a citizen by birth either way. By his mothers status if born in Kenya and by his location if born in Hawaii.
With all due respect, if you do not think there are valid questions here, then I suggest you don’t waste your time. Those who share the concern about Constitutional eligibility can continue. By the way, Obama is not considered to be “elected” until the electoral college casts its ballots.
Least anyone accuse her of being racist.
Felipe de Jesus CALDERON Hinojosa & Schwarzenegger for US el presidente 2112!Yep in 2112. They can run the pro Gay/Green Governator with the President of Mexico for el President of the 57 states.
With the voters in Mexico, South America, Canada, Europe, Iran and "new voters" in the Former USA, the Governator can co presidente with the Mexican President for life.
No one will challenge either one including a lot of Freepers. They will win by 200 million votes, and that settles that. Just move on to 2040.
