Anyone know if the Denver Post is for sale yet? I saw the Rocky Mountain News, but am wondering about the DP. As someone else here already said, one can only hope.
I would love it! There are so many talented Freepers that the editorials could be written for free until the paper got off the ground. Probably much of the leg work as well. And Freepers do far more to accurately report news without any investigative reporters than any of the papers I’ve seen.
If anything ever gets going, count me in.
Look for the Denver Post to hang on for another year or two. But hardly any of the big Metro newspapers will last much longer than that. The only dead-tree newspapers that will be able to hang on will be the small suburban and community papers.
That electronic book thingy from Amazon is out of stock and will be for a couple months. The great publishing change will be slightly delayed.
