Love this “Palin ‘12 Change You’ll Be Begging For.” Are you selling them or are they available through Cafepress.
Well, wait until after the inauguration/coronation IF it happens.
I can dream.

Team Sarah has the goal of having 100,000 members by Inauguration day (Jan 20 2009); it already has 60,000 members dedicated to the securing for Sarah the 2012 presidential nomination. Does any blogger really believe that Team Sarah will not reach its goal now that Saxby has been re-elected on Sarah’s coattails?

Well maybe this lackluster SOB has seen the light and will fight for conservative issues in the Senate. The first time he goes along to get along with the libs, he needs to be tarred and feathered.

One major difference - that the news media (of course!) are ignoring - is that by simply by showing up, by LITERLLY! ENDORSING Chambliss on stage - Sarah turned many repubbie-discouraged voters from ignoring the runoff into thinking/acting/saying that “Well, if Sarah thinks he is good enough for her, then he might be good enough for me.”
In this case, it really was an endorsement by an outsider, and the endorsement meant votes.
Not just a political speech in an empty hall that everybody can ignore.

There is an interesting dichotomy brewing among Democrats. There is the one faction that believes that Sarah is an idiot and a buffoon and too polarizing to be taken seriously by masses of undecided or independent or moderate voters-they lick their lips with glee and say bring her on and then there is the other faction-a more rational segment of the Democrats (yes Virginia it does exist in the Democratic party contrary to rumor)that understands the value of God-given talent and charisma to a politician influencing voters (unknown variable), that if administered truth serum would admit that Sarah has a lot on the ball and is not a dunce or ill-informed and that she is dangerous to Obama and thus must be marginalized or destroyed. Thomas Sowell wrote about what Democrats thought about Reagan back in 1980 by citing Meg Greenfield in the Washington post:
It was the wisdom of the other contenders and of most Republican Party leaders, too, not to mention of practically everyone in Democratic politics, that Reagan was: too old, too extreme, too marginal and not nearly smart enough to win the nomination. The Democrats, in fact, when they werent chortling about him, were fervently hoping he would be the nominee. When he carried the convention in Detroit, people I knew in the Carter White House were ecstatic.
And sometimes Republicans even make this mistake of underestimating talent or good ideas on the Dem side. I remember how we all laughing at crazy Howard Dean's "50 State Plan" for the DNC. What a dopey idea to open offices in the deep South, right? Well, Howard got the last laugh. His 50 State Plan was a huge success and now Michael Steele wants to copy it for the GOP.

Of course they are ignoring it. Even conservatives seem to be ignoring it. I'm listening to Laura Ingraham and am wondering why she hasn't mentioned this obvious fact.
I wrote yesterday that they will either ignore her contribution all together even though everyone understands that the key to winning run-offs is to get your base out to vote; or they will dismiss it by claiming, as I heard them say on CNN last night, that social conservatives really like her. Social conservatives is the new code word for right-wing snake-handling religious wackos who live in compounds and stockpile weapons in fear of Armageddon. The MSM will do their best to marginalize Palin to mitigate her appeal.

Chambliss live on Laura Ingraham.....Still defending the bailouts. You could hear the disappointment and incredulity in Laura’s voice with follow up questions. Some RINOS never learn.

Do you have a death wish? First, the GOP is not another subset of the demrat party. The Republican party is the conservative party. We need more conservatives and to defect and attempt to create another "third" party, is to commit political suicide.
The GOP has done nothing to us. We just need more conservatives. The GOP is providing the framework to get where we want to go. We have to get more on board.

Don’t know if you received a response in regards to CPAC 2009 - but it is my understanding that she has confirmed to speak there. The only problem is the schedules/agendas as to when speakers will be speaking is not provided until late Jan. or early Feb. - this way more people sign-up for the all-inclusive packages which are more expensive (at least that’s what my business savvy tells me!)
I will be there :)

Good. Seems Chambliss gets, for now anyway, who he owes a favor to in the future.
