But that's the easier way to do it. You won't be home; maybe arrested for something else entirely; and they'll get a warrant and poof go your guns.
Why should anybody get hurt? Unless, of course, that particular day, they want an example for the rest. Gun owner goes berserk, resists legitimate authority, gets gassed/flamed/shot. Proves gun owners are crazy and intimidates the holdouts.

I'm a “Katrina survivor” that was living in Biloxi at the time. No one was foolish enough to even contemplate gun confiscation in Mississippi. Many NOLA residents have been on the dole for several generations, so being a sheeple is second nature. Sorry if I offended anyone's sensibilities, but the truth hurts.

I feel like the police officers doing the confiscation should have been shot. That they had weapons and were attempting illegal seizures [theft] makes it armed robbery. Citizens have a right to protect themselves from thieves.

You know, I’ve watched the Federal gov’t allow millions of illegals to break all sorts of laws with total impunity for over 20 years now. I know what laws they are allowed to ignore.

If this ban/registration business passes I’ll know what laws I will finally start ignoring. If I don’t get the same immunity as illegal aliens and someone shows up at my door to question me about my guns there is going to be serious trouble.

I’m totally fed up with this garbage and I’m not going to let gov’t imbeciles violate my constitutional rights on my own front porch. It simply isn’t going to happen.

1. Pass a semi-restrictive law that 60% of the people obey 120 million left
2. Pass restrictive use laws that harass users 60 million left
3. Pass a law restricting ammo 20 million effectives left
4. Pass a law outlawing firearms entirely - a few million resist, most don’t. Some violence, but nothing the CNSF can’t handle.

I have a vision that “0bama’s state militia” will resemble the kinds of people that showed up for the “Million Man March”.

If that’s the case, then I suggest taking your next paycheck and spend it all on ammo and replacement parts for your favorite weapon. Eat beans and rice for a couple of weeks and carpool if you have to, but buy ammo before Jan. 20th. You’ll be glad you did.

How did they do it in Germany? In Great Britain? In Australia? How did they ban guns in any of the American cities they've already done it? There are models to use and adapt to our society as a whole. They are methodical. It is done one piece, one city, one state, one gun law at a time. And instead of jumping out of the pot, far too many of frogs don't think the water is warm enough yet.

You are a damn fool if you think millions of armed Americans wouldn't fight to the death over this. Just because you might be too much of a coward to fight doesn't mean millions won't.

America without the right to keep and bear arms won't be worth living in and millions know that. They won't go quietly and there aren't enough confiscators to even begin to fight citizens to the death to take away their guns.
