I would think that being molested by your Uncle would make you sympathetic to the plight of the FLDS children at the hands of the CPS.
Can you name any information that the police got towards prosecuting the guilty members that required the removal of all the children? I didn't think so. They had an inside informant for at least 4 years that knew everything.
The primary difference between rape and making love is consent, it is pretty simple really.
LeGrande.... I do feel sorry for the children from both sides. Leaving them with the FLDS or CPS wasn’t the answer. However the lifestyle & brainwashing that these children & women are living isn’t normal. What is your answer to this problem? Leave the men to do as they please? Since you do not know me you can not assume any answer I might have. So don’t assume. Ask me what I feel please. Are you FLDS? Or do you just fight over this because of the rights issue?
Get a warrant, go in and arrest the men and gather more evidence if needed. They had an inside informant and lots and lots of RICO statutes as precedence.
Are you FLDS?
LOL I am a Libertarian and an Atheist.
Or do you just fight over this because of the rights issue?
Yes this is a rights issue and the State of Texas violated the children's and women's rights. It also puzzles me as to why 'Christians' would be willing to throw away their rights because of their hatred of some group.
I don’t hate, its a waste of my energy. However I do disapprove of that lifestyle.
May God bless and protect our men and women in uniform fighting for our freedom and may God continue to bless America.

You must really detest Jim Robinson. Why are you here anyway.

You must be really confused. I am supporting our constitutional rights and you are the one who is trying to deny them to the innocent FLDS children. You supported the unconstitutional seizing and kidnapping, the holding without a trial, the rejection of their ability to face their accuser and you supported the cruel and unusual punishment that was meted out to them.
It’s a wonderful day in the neighborhood.
Looks like it.
Sure the children were innocent in the sense that they had not broken the law, but they are not innocent in what harder aspects of what life is about and at the hands of their own family. These allegations of sexual abuse by the CPS are still unsubstantiated. If the kind of exams and abuse that are alleged to have occurred by the CPS had really happened, the whole thing would have blown up long ago. Pregnancy tests are not invasive. Neither are full body x-rays. The authorities know exactly what kind of people they're dealing with and know exactly what they'd be accused of if they didn't be careful. I don't believe that sexually exploitive exams happened, period. There's no evidence of it.
In addition, I find it rather disturbing that anyone would rather have the government hog-tied into inaction and leave those poor children in a situation where not only is it known that the abuse has occurred but is still occurring.
It's rather hypocritical to condemn CPS for alleged abuse that likely never occurred, and demand that those poor children be left in a situation where it is KNOWN to occur.
It's a Catch 22 to insist that the children be protected and the adults be investigated and evidence be collected and then prevent that from happening and then condemn the authorities for not doing anything.
I can think of only one reason that anyone would want to defend this group in any way.
Some people only seem support the Constitutional rights of the men who are criminals. The rights of women and children, the victims in this whole thing, don’t seem count for much.
Too bad. I thought the Constitution applied to everyone.
If these cult leaders had done this in the first place, or cooperated with authorities and not lied and deceived, none of this would have happened.
They have no one to blame but themselves for how it turned out. They’re not above the law.
Why do you think I would be interested in joining up with atheists. Atheism isn’t a religion, we don’t need support groups and therapy like you do.
“we dont need support groups and therapy like you do.”
You’d be very wrong about that.
