True. They have all the rights of marriage except in name. What straight people don't understand is why they insist on crashing into society's most solemn institution by denying that gender is the difference that makes marriage the unique social arrangement its always been understood to be. Why is it necessary to erase the meaning of marriage?

Its NOT a civil rights issue. Its a moral issue and there can be no compromise over right and wrong. Either we keep marriage or we begin heading down the path to the disintegration of our civilization. That's the real issue.

Saw a car this weekend sporting a bumper sticker with a big Christian fish outline, inside which was printed No on 8. Now that’s one confused driver!
