I think if Czechoslovakia had been given a second chance, with benefit of hindsight, they’d have deported the poor oppressed Germans in their midst.
Israel should give that option some consideration.
America should do the same with its poor oppressed all-God’s-people.
In the end, it’s cheaper and immeasurably more merciful than WW3.

I hope Netanyahu rises soon in Israel. They need him. It is obvious, at least to most of us, that B.O. is the Chamberlain the Arabs seek. Israel should be in full military build up mode from now until the next real leader is elected in this country. They need to be able to act unilaterally and win, quickly.

From my understanding, Israel is pretty socialistic, and to the extent that they have travelled that path they weaken themselves, as do we. But I fear that their enemies are our enemies, in spades, and the Jews are still a strong ally and good people. I support them completely in any skirmish with their neighbors, for I know their neighbors for who and what they are. As for their socialism, they'll have to deal with that themselves. If suicide is their goal, it'll help.

When I think of trading land for peace, I am reminded of another speech.
On 3/14/1943, the Germans liquidated the Jewish quarter of Krakow. As portrayed in Schindler’s List, Amon Goeth said to the effect, “Today will be remembered. This is history. By this evening, the six centuries of Jewish Krakow are a rumor. They never happened. Today is history.”
The day that Israel begins the process of trading land for peace is the dawn of the day that Israel begins to be a memory. That day will be history.
