They were instructed by the DNC to take them down. The Obamabots obey.

“In a few years, it’’ll be like France after WWII. Nobody was a collaborator, everybody was in the resistance.”

Or, as the Chad Mitchell Trio once sang, “Each and Every German, dances to the strain, sing The I Was Not a Nazi Polka”

It's the Fairfax yuppies.

I'm happy to report that every precinct in the Blue Ridge District (mine) went for McCain, save three: Middleburg, Aldie, and St Louis. Even Purcellville and a huge effort by Zer0bama (including a campaign office and Saturday street shouts there) - Even P'ville went for McCain.

They are mostly gone. My next-door-neighbors finally took their hideous sign down Tuesday. Before they did, I told my husband that if they didn’t take it down soon, I was going to snatch it in the middle of the night.

I am still pissed at them for being so gullible. But I know it was all about “CHANGE”. They voted for Pres. Bush in 2004 and regret it. They blame him for EVERYTHING!

Here in the East Bay of San Francisco Bay Area I have absolutely noticed the disappearance of all things OBAMA! I thought it was very strange and very noticeable that immediately BEFORE the election the vast number of OBAMA bumper stickers I would usually see in my daily commute was drastically reduced.

Just yesterday, I paid extra attention going to and from work and I counted ZERO OBAMA stickers. It was so bad here in the Belly of the Beast before the election that it seemed like every other car had a Messiah sticker.

Yes...I have noticed a HUGE difference!

Call it buyers remorse or whatever..I can definitely tell the difference.

The stickers are still on the cars in my area, but they’ll probably stay until they rot off because liberals apply bumper stickers directly to the car body. They only realize after the fact that removing the stickers damages the paint. Typical liberals—never learn the Law of Unintended Consequences.

Why wouldn't the signs come down? The election is over. People have campaign fatigue and are ready to NOT see any more campaign signs for awhile. . .even the ones they had in their own yards.

I noticed where I live that signs for candidates for various office of both parties came down earlier than usual once the election was over.

Quite a few still up in my area (Northern MI) but it is ok because when I take my dog for a walk, he likes to pee on them.

Um, most cities, have ordinances that Political signs MUST be removed after the election or the campaigns face a fine...

Not knowing this is why so many people voted for him in the first place. Some places it is the state law!

I was out of town until the day before the election.

I noticed someone had placed a sign on the corner of my yard.

When inspecting what sign it was, I discovered it was a YES ON 8 sign, so I left it there.

On Wednesday when I went out to get it for future use, it was gone.

There were some homosexual footprints next to it.

OK, I made up the last part...

In our area of northwest Ohio there are still several around, but then I am still seeing McCain signs also. I think the BO people are rubbing it in our faces!

Thanks for the ping Dave and a belated Happy Birthday to you. Hope your fishing trip helped get your mind off the election .

Luckily I live in a still conservative town of 65 thousand and there were no Obama signs in my area. Also, I believe our city has a law about removing them within so many days after the election.

It’s interesting you bring that up. I was at Kroger yesterday and I witnessed a black lady tearing her Obama sticker from her bumper. I thought that interesting.

In a certain section of town there were a handful of Obama yard signs. After the election the number doubled. I noticed today they are coming down, a few each day.

Happy Birthday! Maybe they’ll remove the one from the white house for a belated birthday gift unto all Americans. :-)
