“And you will cry out in that day because of your king whom you have chosen for yourselves, and the LORD will not hear you in that day.” 1 Samuel 8:18

As we suggested on another thread we believe the One should appoint David Copperfield as head of the FCC with a mandate to keep the mass delusion going. And we need to assure that all get free schooling no matter how worthless it is because they’ll need to learn how to run an economy in which everyone depends upon government largesse and there is no productive work in the private sector. To learn how to do that will be real “change.”

Things fall apart; the center cannot hold; Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world, The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere The ceremony of innocence is drowned; The best lack all conviction, while the worst Are full of passionate intensity.

Unfortunately, seems it's time to repeat just to get it all thru peoples' heads again.

Yes, sadly, it is a recurring adjustment, brought about, IMO, by a well-fed generation with comfortable lives.

This is exactly right:

“And I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times, the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed; he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his “brown shirts” would bully them into submission. And then, he was duly elected to office, a full-throttled economic crisis at hand [the Great Depression]. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name, where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and goodies for the military-industrial complex. He did it by indoctrinating the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world. “

The Saudis? They aren’t a factor. Think China, India, the EU and Dubai.

As with all biblical based projections of EOT you are wrong.

The real end plays out like this:

On April 19, 2010 Skynet goes on line.

On April 21, 2010 Skynet becomes self aware.

April 21, 2010 is Judgment Day.

No man shall now the time.

A second Civil War?

I am tending to believe this more and more. I am sick of liberals and the media to a point that borders on hatred.
I am tired of liberals stealing elections all over the country. I am sick of homo’s running around in the streets stopping traffic when voters give them the finger. I’m tired of some asshat telling me it’s my patriotic duty to pay higher taxes. I am especially offended when someone tells me he’s going to spread the wealth around. I’m not happy at all when someone tells me he’s going to give my tax money to people who don’t pay taxes. This is not my country and this socialist is not my president!.....

I would *happily* give up my right to vote if it meant that all the simple-minded lib-women would lose theirs as well.

Hey, once you think the unthinkable. Once you think that things that just couldn’t happen here, can happen here it’s actually calming.

Well, didn't 70% of single women vote for Obamanation?

Who's their Daddy? Obama, The Messiah, to heal our collective souls...

Yes, let's keep turning our precious children, especially our precious little girls, over to the NEA, and to higher education, under the tutelege of Ayers and Dorn.... Let 'em have a few abortions to break their hearts, or harden their consciences. A whole crop of useful idiots. And I mean this with no malice - what grief and emptiness.

The mysogynist is the one who thinks leaving a female (or male, for that matter) baby in a closet to die is acceptable in a civilized society... any takers on that one?

The difference between then and now is that we know what happened with Hitler so we can resist it, and another difference is that Hitler actually was somewhat competent as a leader.

Do recall the FT saying that he got 63% of the 18 to 29 YO vote ---Which had NOT graduated HS however.....

Just so you know, I’ve had the same roll of aluminum foil for about eight years, so you know that I haven’t been making hats out of it. All the same, I have to agree, something doesn’t pass the smell test.

I am loathe to say the word conspiracy, but I feel an unseen hand manipulating things behind the scene. My brother (who might wear tinfoil hats) says it’s the Rothchilds, but I find it easier to believe Soros has his hand in there.

I have to admit, for the first time in my life I am unsure of freedom’s future. I’ve heard people say that Oboma is going to be our President and we all must get behind him, but an oath I took years ago still rattles around in my brain each time he comes to mind-—

“...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic;”.

It also states that I will support the president, but some of his comments and actions indicate some one who is not in favor of the Constitution, so until I see an indication otherwise, he cannot be my President.

I am uneasy and instead of a big screen TV, I’m buying a shotgun. (it’s not really paranoia if some one is out to get you)
