“
but if she is the best the GOP can get to run against 0bama then we are really screwed” Nonsense.
If Gov Palin had stood against the Big Zero THIS year, she could have won.
McCain garnered little enthusiasm from anyone before Gov Palin entered the race. McCain was getting pretty pathetic crowds. The wrong person was the lead candidate.

>> If Sarah Palin symbolizes anything it is motherhood in all its strength, compassion, and inherent leadership. Its not for nothing that she described her role as Alaskas governor in her inaugural address thus: I will unambiguously, steadfastly, and doggedly guard the interests of this great state as a mother naturally guards her own, like a nanook defending her cub. <<
Now that's pure Reagan.

How could you put Sarah in the same category as those losers: Dole, McCain and Mondale?
Ford-Dole >
Dole-Kemp ... LOSERS.
Cater-Mondale >
Mondale-Ferraro ... LOSERS.
McCain-Palin >
Palin-????? ... Losers.

Yeah, what's with that?

Sarah Palin was not a good candidate.
She doesn’t have the knowledge or experience necessary to be president.
The attacks on her were low, unfair, disgusting.
But that doesn’t change the basic facts that she’s not one of the GOP’s leading lights.

Screw these Libs. Their Chairwoman of the SC Dem Party said that “her only qualification for Office was that she hasn’t had an Abortion”
Don’t ever back down from these Libs, they all sit to pee.

So only conservatives love babies???? I'm surprised you have to ask...the difference is that before they are born, conservatives don't call them "Fetuses."
So, you tell me.

“
See, this Palin 2012 nonsense is exactly whats wrong with conservatives and the Republican Party in general” No.
What is wrong with the Republican Party is that people like you keep attacking the best candidates we can have every time, and we end up with crap candidates like John McCain, who will not put up the fight, needed to win,
“We should not nominate the #2 from the last elections losing ticket. That doesnt scream Walter Mondale to you?”
Maybe you'd better read some American history.
Even as recently as 1968, Nixon lost to JFK in 1960, came back, and blew the Dims out of the water in 1968.

I don't think being second on the ticket is an indicator that the candidate will lose.
Most people look at the candidates ideas, history and character -- which makes Sarah a winner.

Which brings me to another point, all those pro-Obama pastors who plan on jumping down the aisles when Obama is inaugurated, they'll have a lot of explaining to do on Judgment Day when they see the millions who were killed by the stroke of Obama's evil pro-abortion pen. May all who call themselves Christian who voted for Obama get buyer's remorse immediately, and repent of that vote before it's too late for them.
It won't be Obama sitting on that Throne on Judgment Day. God always knew, but now we know (at least amongst ourselves), who stayed faithful to Him, who compromised Him, and who chose another to be their Messiah over Him.

Nixon, loses to JFK in 1960.
Nixon 1968, wins in a landslide.

Does anyone on this board seriously think that abortions will be illegal in the United States again?
To: Bahbah
“
So only conservatives love babies???? “ Liberal abort more babies than they actually have.
Going by the hysterical rants from the liberal MSM, most of them would have aborted that Down’s syndrome baby, rather than have it.
In their eyes, Gov Palin committed an unforgivable crime by having that baby.
That's even more reason for conservatives to strongly back her.

>>Sarah Palin was not a good candidate. She doesnt have the knowledge or experience necessary to be president.<<
I am so sick of hearing this elitist line of crap, I could scream.
One doesn't have to be a graduate of some ivy league college, a lawyer, a member of the good-old-boys-club or CO to be president.
Just common sense and the ability to read.
