What's the correct story on this? This guy is real? Doesn't exist? The entire thing is a hoax and we still don't know who leaked the anti-Sarah stuff to Carl Cameron, et al?
Thanks in advance... :o)
I may have to watch O’Reilly and see if he says anything.
Pinging others.
So did "Marty" also hoax Carl Cameron and FoxNews so that the entire story is without substance (as it always appeared to be)????
The bigger, more important question is this:
Was supposed information from this Marty Eisenstadt the main source of Carl Camerons story as well??
IF this hoaxer is the one that put Cameron onto the story in the first place, then Cameron easily could have gotten 2-3 lukewarm non-specific confirmations ala yeah, we RINOs never did like Sarah Palin etc.
IOW, we must force Cameron and Fox News to come clean: did they ever have a real story at all or was this hoax b.s. the entire story?
The (marijuana) smoke hadn't even cleared from the Obama victory party and they were busy launching an ingenious, but evil assault against the person whom they fear most in 2012 - Sarah Palin.
2) He is a known Internet hoaxer - but there appears to be a real person running around presenting himself as Mr Eisenstadt /see post #37
3) We do not know the sources Carl Cameron relied on, nor what sources Newsweek had. However, it appears they have some ‘xplainin’ to do.
Now that the hoax has been exposed.... it’s time for Mediascum to roll out the tried and true....
“FAKE BUT ACCURATE” defense!!
No joke, expect it to show up any minute now if it’s not out there already......
One of those interesting Eskimo knives (the ULU) might help him behave himself in the future, if you can have a future after being helped. (SEE: http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2009/2101302028_0b5d2291e7.jpg )
THIS thread looks like a job for the....Viking Kittehs!
Yes, and yes.
So now we're left to wonder whether someone else did leak and/or make things up, or if Carl takes information from fakers and goes on the air calling it fact.
Yep, he’s completely fictitious.

So, did Carl Cameron actually get the story from imaginary man or is this fake person just taking the credit??
Can someone please start a new thread and summarize this whole story? There is too much conflicting and confusing info in here.
Thanks!!
Sarah was right about one thing...he is a jerk!

Eisenstadt arrives at the Torrance McCain election headquarters only to be dissed and essentially asked to leave. All after bragging about his many connections and how well know he his.
unspun didn’t. The mod added that.
If he's the source, Carl Cameron is this year's Dan Rather.
Well I know that. I just chose #1 to reply to.
The guy who started this whole snowball was “McCain strategist” Martin Eisenstadt, also known as Mike Eisenstadt, also known as a prankster and hoax-perpetrator who was the first guy who purportedly linked Wurzelbacher to the Keating Five scandal.
This is why it is so hard for conservatives to really win- we are eager to believe the worst about our politicians. As a group we will allow them to be trashed and taken out very easily. The dims on the other hand can find one of their politicians standing over a dead body with a smoking gun and either claim it is all a smear, or say it doesn't matter and go on.
I don't know what the answer is- I surely don't want to blindly stand by a bad apple, but we need to at least make sure what is being said is actually true before we help hang them. Maybe we could just show a little loyalty until it is proven they need to be kicked to the curb.
If Cameron actually fell for a hoax; then he needs to go down hard. With all the enthusium he showed while reporting it, he needs to come clean or quit.
can a fake man take credit??
I am getting awfully confused with this thread...
