100 hours of community service in college every year. Now, is that for undergraduates only...or for graduate students too?

Well, I’m well out of high school, so why should I be bothered by this? And..there is always 2012, and Sarah got a bad deal...all is OK, hunky dory and all...
/sarcasm for those of you who fail to understand what is going on here....

I suppose if these are federally tax support institutions they can require it.

This is very un-American.
However, I know kids. I coached baseball many years, and volunteer with our church youth. No matter how much Kool-Aid is served up, I know already how kids will react to this. They will find it’s a bunch of crap, they will think it’s a big joke, they’ll hate it, and they will barely go through the motions. If they can be goaded to put out that much effort, that is.

Gee, I thought we fought the Civil War to end slavery.
Funny, a black man brings it back.

The Brown Shirts are coming! Next up, the Obama Youth Corps will be urged to turn in their parents who don’t toe the Obama line.

Compulsory volunteerism? How Orwellian. But its all about hope and change, right? No one ever got broke underestimating the intelligence of the American people.

Obama can go to hell in a handbasket - when I retire, I’ll do as I please.
