Looked like a hit piece to me. Carl Cameron seemed gleeful in a schoolboy manner. If he’d said, “My sources tell me...”, I’d thought he was Rita Cosby.
This is just sour grapes that Sarah got out there and campaigned her heart out doing everything she could to try to win the thing instead of listening to morons that were losing them the race. Now that it’s time to job hunt, they want to blame the loss on Palin and not themselves. If Palin hadn’t ignored their ill advice, they would be blaming it on McCain today.

Carl, you blew this one big time. That was a big lie by some staffer who was disappointed and pissed off, looking to blame someone for disastrous staff work.
As I watched the campaign, and for the life of me could not see a master plan for winning. IT JUST DID NOT EXIST.
Sarah Palin was the high point of this entire election PERIOD.

DeLay (not Delay) is a masterful organizer but I don’t know how effective he would be managing a campaign, or if he even wants to accept that kind of role.
He should definitely be on board in an advisory capacity, though. Maybe even a vice presidential slot. Imagine DeLay presiding over the Senate.
Romney is many things, but he isn’t a dope. He could be a good economic adviser for a 2012 campaign. Certainly better than that idiot Carly Fiorina.
What bothers me the most is that the McCain team did not have the ability to answer to the deficiencies of these interviews. If they were unable to answer to defend Palin’s interview, how would they answer the attacks they would receive if McCain were to get the presidency? This is the same problem that Bush had. His inability to answer the attacks from the MSM was President Bush's greatest failure.

I too am with Palin. Since I no longer consume ANY MSM/DBM, I barely noticed the new narrative. It’s “Palin’s fault!”

The ONLY thing you people should be doing is concentrating on Gov. Bobby Jindal and who his running mate should be in 2012.Get behind him now and stop whining. Don't write off or fall for the MSM bash of Palin. But Jindal is our future with possibly JC Watts as VP.
I am sorry to say this because she was hung to dry unfairly and I really like her but think about it.THE MSM cannot touch Bobby Jindal. He is solid and a winner in 2012.

We need to be stealthy as cats and focus on young republican leaders. We need new good ones, scandal free, with eyes to the future but the ability to do well what they do now without everything given over to ambition.
I am convinced Obama’s life has been ambition with no real accomplishments.
Jindal is doing a job in Lousiana that is true and sincere and good. He will be a good leader.
If Palin goes back to alaska, educates herself on the world and the country and does a slam bam job there as she has been doing,,she will be ready.
I hate the “impeach Obama” groups, the small minded attacks. I say as Rove said, the man was elected. As Amnericans we owe him a chance and that is where the cat metaphor comes in.
We need to be like cats, watching, patient, tails twitching and pick our battle with him on intellectual ground. The personal crap is a loser. We need to argue, make cases when the time appears,,which is now,,but the drive to torture him out of office is misplaced and will be our ruin.
We need to be smart and able to bring argument, fact and support to the table on governmental terms.
