That’s easy: “Go F yourself!”
First of all....don’t call them ‘democratic’. Haha, j/k. I have many friends who are ‘conservative democrats’. Now, liberals, on the other hand.....ARE NOT DEMOCRATIC.
1) Don’t act like a child.
2) Continue to engage them based on your beliefs, not the quality of candidates
3) Be sure to tell them “you told them so” when after 18 months nothing has improved.
I very carefully, using small words and historical references, explain what we are going to see under Obama. A few listen. Most of those, though, think I’m nuts, but they are actually listening. Then, when my predictions pan out, they just might come around. At that point, I might actually consider them friends again, although I will never fully trust them. EVER. (Fortunately, I have ZERO moonbat family members — we’re a close-nit small family.)
The rest of those former “friends” aren’t even acquaintences any more. They are dead to me.
I’m deadly serious about the following: From here on, be very careful of what you say around pro-dem/Zero associates, friends, associates and yes, even family.Particularly around the AA community. and without doubt, the media. Given the thugocracy, Alinsky, radical background of Zero and his associates, the ugly get-even mindset of the left of the 2000 and 2004 elections, and the enthusiastic media participation in the destruction of their enemies (Gov Palin and Joe the Plumber),-your words are going to eventually be relayed to the “proper authorities”.It’s going to be scary.
I’m also saying this with the perspective as a certified poll observer on Tuesday and the chicanery and disregard for impartial polling procedures that I witnessed.

I was totally wrong. Last night I saw the light. I don’t know I was so wrong. With BO and the dem congress we will see low gas prices, peace in my life time, tax cuts ( I make below 250k) affordable good healthcare. I truly think will will see these changes within the first six months of his presidency. I am a true believer.
( And would you believe some of them actually believed me. I can’t wait for two years to come so we can tell congress what happened to my pie)

Liberal “friends” and family are dead to me. I won’t talk to them. I cannot be civil with them so I won’t talk to them. It’s over - NO MORE! Thank the Lord I don’t have any liberal family members or anyone in my family that I know supported Obama (both maternal, paternal, and in-laws!)
I already avoid them - why get your blood pressure up and die prematurely?
Don’t talk politics with them until Obama gets into office. If Obama keeps his promise to sign the Freedom of Choice Act, which will safeguard the “right” to abortion under all circumstances, I am going to turn to people I know who voted for Obama, but who know that abortion is wrong, and say, “You must be so proud.”
If they are polite, be polite back.
If they insist on gloating, hand them a sealed envelope that says: “Open on November 5, 2011”
