To paraphrase Mother Theresa, "we are not expected to win, but we are expected to fight."
Obama definitely has the upper hand when you look at the overall electoral map, and his supporters appear to be far more energized and enthusiastic than their counterparts in the McCain camp.
I say BS. The college sophomores are still hung over from last night. What say you?
When I voted today the BO poll watcher told me “don’t forget blue”. I quickly informed her that she’s not supposed to try and influence. I reported her. Felt good.

Good for you!
The real poll is about to come. I did what I swore I would never do again and voted straight Republican. Win or lose, I’m glad this campaign is over, and I hope it is the beginning of a new, revitalized, energized, conservative revolution.
Nah. Just trying to squeeze out as much market share as possible today. CNN is so transparently over the top for Obama. Only MSNBC surpasses them in obvious Obamessiah infatuation and ingratiation.
Yeah, but there are 56 other states as well.....
OK. McCain is going to win NC, GA and Mo. All we need is 100 more elctoral votes. Let’s all email Drudge.
Just heard from one friend yesterday who had always voted RAT who found the light and voted McCain/Palin.
I think so, as FEAR is a great motivator. The Rats really overextended themselves this time;if they had nominated almost anyone else, even Hillary, they probably would have won going away.
In just 13 hours all of this will be so ..... yesterday.
The conservative revolution will NEVER die. The Republican Party as we know it may be on life support. It really looks like a Dem blowout.
I can see it now. At 2:00am EST I will still be up in front of the TV wondering why Ohio is still being called green when McCain is leading by 50,000 votes.
Yeah, thanks for your posts the last few weeks, especially late at night. Very good.
Don’t let it go to your head, though.
Pollster Barone said on the Radio that Republicans typically ignore exit pollsters while Dems do not.
You would know - are we/do we have a general election thread going somewhere? If not, you’d be a great guy to start one!
We can do this!
Remember, if you are in NC your must choose Presidential and judges seperately. It is not automatic. Have a great day! Vote.

A poll that asks if Obama can bring us all together.

Located on right side of page just a bit of the way down.
Total votes cast is 139 so should be easy to move the numbers.
Will President-elect Barack Obama succeed in bridging partisan differences to move the country forward?
Yes 56% No 43%
