Nah, but it helped the Giants increase their lead in the NFC East. (Good job, Pitt).

It's GOOD! As Morris and others say as related to undecideds, Obama is considered the incumbent.

Well. after Roethlisberger was injured and didn’t return for the 2nd half, it meant that no matter which team won, a black quarterback was going to lose.
Sounds like a great portent of things to come.

The only thing that really determines the winner of an election is that more people vote for that person than the opponent(s).
The Redskins legend, the Weekly Reader polls, whether a ghekko lizard is facing left or right on your windowsill when you wake up on Election Day (OK, I made that one up) is just fun superstitious stuff.
All that matters on Election Day is who gets the most votes.
Go McCain/Palin!

I don't put much stock in these kinds of predictions. It's bad luck to be superstitious.

Obama is the incumbant. As Rove says, this election is a referendum on Obama.
Feel better now?

I’ve heard that theory too.
But I also heard one over the weekend (FNC or ESPN?) that every time the Lakers play in the NBA finals, the Republican candidate wins - going all the way back to Eisenhower.

You don't have your own crystal ball? This is an election not a seance. I would add this would be a clean win if only real votes counted if it were not for ACORN. I will hold my trust in Americans loving their country as long as I can.

Inj 2004, W broke two “curses”: (a) the ‘Skins-incumbent linkage, and (b) the winning streak for the taller presidential candidate.
