Sounds like a target rich opportunity.
Second civil war WILL happen for certain with a creation of any civilian security force.
Obama knows any civilian sercurity force IS NO MATCH for the military.
Im ready.

Not this time though. Most of the military are conservitive and they will not put up with any garbage coming from an Obama White House. Remember they put up with a Clinton White. If any Obama gets in and tries to make mischief, there will be less tolerance for that and more taking the side of fellow Americans.
But off-shoring would short circuit that.
Your post is pretty well thought out. It takes time for someone to manipulate events to the point that certain actions can be taken. It is unlikely that Obama will take a sudden electric action, but who knows? As for the blue helmets, me a panzerfaust or an RPG and I’ll give it a shot.
It would end up that the military and police would end up being the heros as well as everyday Americans if Obama gets elected and plans to do mischief like this.

Not exactly clear why he wants this since we already have Homeland Security and FBI. In any case, what would this force do? They would have no jurisdiction in the states. Doubt he could get this passed even by a Democratic controlled congress.
I don't think it's even on the same plane as the military, in concept. The party is able, with unlimited funding and the authority of the state, to create a large organization of true belivers whose mission is to 'soak into' the community, while engaging in 'service work'. Armed retribution by the Party only occurs much later, incrementally.

They can’t and won’t. He was referring to expanding such programs as Americorps, etc. That in itself is bad enough because it would create a huge force of people we don’t need or want. If he did tried to create a civilian army he’d be laughed out of Washington. He doesn’t have the power to create such a group.
Thanks. That’s what I was afraid of. That TV commercial is pretty “in your face” so they can say “we warned you about who we are.” And the corporate sponsors....ugh.

I would consider that an occupation and respond accordingly.
As for the Internet, imagine a system where every server has to go through The Big Machine, replete with filtering software to detect any messages that hint of any opposition to The One. Only connections through The Master Server would be allowed.
Sure, clandestine radio stations and servers would crop up here or there, but with all of the power of a bloated and massively expanded Government at his command, Obomatron would stomp those out. Fear will keep the locals in line.
Bring it on. Can’t wait.
