Thank you for saying that. I really appreciate it.
Where is Sarah campaigning Monday?
& oh yeah re: D C’s 2nd song: more of the same singing type & not catchy nor buy album worthy...So far.
But if the 1st 2 songs represnt the whole cd than,no sale here.
He proved that last night while taking his daughter trick or treating. But he seemingly has no problem with the lynching of Sarah's kids, right down to the baby.
Certainly was nice to read sane statements over there for a change, very few Bot statements.
o_O = Raising an eyebrow.
And,
-_-; = "Oh brother."
I'll go ahead and drop it and simply say that Fey's impression of Palin =/= stupid rube, but not before I state that the following statement...
It makes me wonder about whether he really respects her after all. Maybe that article a while back which mentioned the tension between them and noted that he "shunned" and "ignored her" while they were traveling together one day because he was angry at her was true after all.
...is absolutely ludicrous. McCain would be nowhere without Palin. Nowhere.
If someone took a picture of Sarah—half asleep with no make-up—she would still be more attractive than Tina Fey :-D
Wasn’t alive at the time.
Right on the money. Can you imagine Tim Pawlenty as his pick? The 21st century Jack Kemp.
Exactly!
They did, till almost recently. I say its due to the rise of The One.
John & Cindy McCain at the closing of the show. Cindy talks to Tina Fey, and John is laughing and greeting everyone with a handshake and a smile.
That's not the same thing at all. To stand there while Fey was goofing on her showed that Palin was humble and had a sense of self-deprecating humor. Self-deprecation is a good quality. McCain was funny in the past on SNL when he used self-deprecating humor about himself. But it's not okay to allow your running mate to be disparaged while you're on the show. That is validating the mockery of her, yes. That would be like Hillary appearing in a sketch that mocked Bill's infidelity.
Some of the stuff they tell me I just drop my jaw on the floor...
I heard the booing too. All in all, not a bad skit though, and McCain has excellent comedic timing. He was pretty funny in the news segment.
That said, Ben Affleck makes me want to vomit.
Exactly. I’m glad we agree after all!
The ability to laugh at yourself is an incredible survival skill - and a sign of maturity.
plus, life without a laugh is a long, gray day.
0 turned it down? Big mistake.
He was on last year, but I don’t remember much about it.
Which site would that be?
Good! Great to hear
Most assuredly!
