The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed on Friday what Barack Obama has been saying all along: the presidential candidate was born in Honolulu. That's not what she said.

If the director **really** wanted to put this matter to rest she would have plainly said, “Obama was born in Hawaii!”
No...Essentially she said that a certificate exists. That certificate could be anything at all.
