What the hey? Barry and Michelle are two humorless, cheap parents, aren’t they? I hope the other relatives act more normally towards those girls.
Actually, she didn’t need a bag of candy. All the other kids in the neighborhood are doing the work of going house to house for candy, and then late this evening, some will be taken away from each of them and redistributed to Obama’s daughter. They do the work, she collects the proceeds of their efforts. Obama’s got it all figured out.
did anyone track the amount of income they gathered? are they going to report it?
"Hey. Have you two voted yet?"
More common than you might think. He does live in Chicago you know, legal gun free murder capital of the nation.
Even here, in central Texas, surrounded by two divisions of crack troops, I think I missed a lot of the younger trick or treaters, by getting home just as the sun was setting. Lots of kids in the neighborhood coming in to mi casa, but it was 15 minutes or more before any kids showed up, and they were not the littler kids.
Now, 8:45, we are into the too big to be trick or treating kids from outside the immediate neighborhood. Still most not all that much too big, and they are polite.
"Hey! You kids! Didn't you have a lemonade stand this summer? How much did you earn? It's your patriotic duty to tell me!"
If you were the Secret Service agent in charge of their detail, would you let random people throw who knows what into a bag held by a child under your protection? I wouldn't.
Also they might be going to a neighborhood party.
It's a modern trend, I think. Here in the Unmurder capital of the world, a few miles due west of there, trick-or-treating ceases abruptly at dark. This is abetted by the extended DST.
Very probably though, the cause is the same. Namely anxiety over the safety of the children.
"Honey, don't you worry. When I find out the names of the white boys who shredded your costume, their families will be in re-education camps faster than you can say 'Jackie Robinson.'"
Scares the crap out of me. Here, take my paycheck, my 401K, my retirement funds. Just don’t do any more “tricks”. And I surely can’t afford your “treats”.
Oboobama, coming to haunt your wallet in your own ‘hood.
“Her bag” will be DISTRIBUTED to her from someone else...
Well, custom made anyway. Just 'cause it's not off the rack, doesn't mean it's homemade.
My granddaughter though did go out with a homemade, by her Grandma, "witch dress". More like a good little lady wizard in orange and black, with shiny stars and sparkles on the skirt portion of the dress.
I made a special trip Wednesday night, about an hour each way, so she could wear it to the party at her school today. (Grandma went down after school today and could have taken it otherwise) . Then she refused to wear it to school. Wore a Tinkerbell outfit that she'd already had. Halloween is at night, not at school, was her attitude. Oh well, it was worth it just for the good night hug and kiss, along with a giant smile when grandpa showed up in the middle of the week, right at bedtime. Even her identical twin sisters, just 1 y/o, seemed glad to see me.
So who needs to sleep anyway. That's what weekends are for, right?
Which girl is this? Malia or Natasha? She is precious.
Let them be that way. We should not embrace the dark side.
If we end up having to fight it, we will, but we will not embrace it or its ways.
It's a Weatherman Trick or Treat!
I thought the same thing. Looks like she was dragged out for a pic. Where’s her sister? Mom?
