The queerly beloved are in full panic mode. They're lashing out with false claims even as they're sinking in the polls. For people who believe in traditional values, their most effective weapon on behalf of Proposition 8 and protecting traditional marriage has been the truth.

Most long timers here know my younger brother was gay and died of aids at Christmas time, 1995. I understand the gay life style but I cannot vote to support them. They have spent many years and have crossed the line from asking to be part of society to passing laws against us as to how we raise our children and educate our young. They did not asked to be even, they demanded they rule over us and we must stop them. YES on 8

There’s a similar proposition in Arizona, and the opposing ads have all been pretty snarky, calling it a “distraction” from the “real issues”. Like it takes more than 5 seconds to vote “yes”.

I’m surprised the gays hasn’t resorted to the race card. The key to bringing down Prop 8 lies in black and Latino Obama supporters. Pro-Obama whites are voting no on Prop 8. Pro-McPalin whites are voting yes on Prop 8. Pro-Obama Black and Latinos are voting yes on Prop 8.

Typical liberal losers. These freaks think they are going to change American heritage and culture to promote and force their queer perversion on our society and our youngsters.

Let them all move to San Freakcisco and sodomize each other into oblivion. Keep away from our kids!!!!

The California State Superintendent of Education, Jack O’Connell, is appearing in No on Prop 8 commercials. He is claiming that Prop 8 has nothing at all to do with education. This is a huge lie, and he knows damn well it is. We already know that from what is happening in Mass. Plus, even now, the state is forcing gay/lesbian education down the throats of school districts. I can guarantee you that when Prop 8 passes, these slime balls like O’Connell will still attempt to push their propaganda down our throats. Having an Irish last name, makes me wonder if O’Connell is Catholic. If so, he is sure is not adhering to the teaching of the Catholic Church.

Needless to say look what they did to the Boy Scouts with their never ending push to destroy them for their position not making the kids targets for Gay Scout Leaders.

I am sorry for your loss. I know where you are coming from.

I think California is moving in the right direction with the Domestic Partnership laws. I would think it would be even better if they got out of the marriage business altogether, and let people do what they want, and let organizations and churches form their own policies.

If California is in the business of promoting marriage, it will eventually be in the business of promoting gay marriage. They just can’t help themselves.

“distraction” from the “real issues”.

For these clowns the only real issue is how fast to steal money from the "ruling white majority" and give it to a bunch of drooling morons.

I had to do some internet searching to find what poll they are talking about. I was concerned because there are so many more no-on-8 ads on tv, thanks to Hollywood money, and the entire left wing power structure in the state is attacking prop 8 night and day with free sympathetic media. The local news channel just said most of the money for prop 8 is coming from out of state interests like the Knights of Columbus and the Mormon Church. Truth is 99% of the Mormon money is coming from California citizens. It’s the no on 8 getting far more big bucks from out of state and foreign contries.

Turns out the internal polls of the Yes on 8 campaign show a dead heat 48-48 but the campaign manager is very optimistic for two reasons:

1) traditional marriage initiatives do on average 7% better on election day than polls indicate because some people are reluctant to tell pollsters they support it.

2) One of the largest get out the vote efforts ever, with up to 100,000 people, will make sure our supporters get to the polls.

That and the NO side hasn't stated a consistent reason to oppose Proposition 8. Its hard to be against marriage so they have to talk about anything but marriage!

I don't know why the Left is so worried here. If they loose I bet it isn't a week before some sympathetic judge throw out the results and forces his will on the voters,

Donate to PROP 8, piss off Barack, Joe, Arnold, Nancy, Gavin, and Hollywood. Sounds like a winner to me.

It looks good. But I'm sure it will pass. They'll spend the weekend talking about what marriage means and why Californians need to protect it.
