I haven't quite yet figured out why or who put African Press International "so called" editor up to writing the fake Michelle Obama story or if he is just plain nuts and/or has a grudge against Kenya. The following story from 1987 though has shed some light on this shady character.

The existence of “whitey” tapes was more believable than Michelle calling Africa and shooting her mouth off.

Well supposedly the tape is to be heard on Hannity and Greta tonight I believe. Hannity did say last night he had big news to report near the end of his show but he did not elaborate. We will see.
How did you find such an old article?

Just ask Tom Delay about justice when someone really wants to ‘get’ you.

Kenya: Foreign Ministry statement on ''self-appointed diplomat''
SOURCE: Excerpts KNA in English 1205 gmt 27 Aug 87
BODY: Nairobi, 27th August: The following is a full text from the Press Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
The controversial self-appointed ''diplomat'' Sammy Korir has presented himself as President Moi's personal envoy in Norway for several years, reports Norwegian newspaper 'Aftenposten'. Mr Korir has a flair for using other titles as Under-Secretary of State (Assistant Minister), General Manager and Corporate Vice-President. He has been charged with fraud in Norway on several occasions.
In 1980-81 Mr Korir was charged with grand embezzlement but the case was dropped when evidence got burnt in the office. Mr Korir reported that the cause of fire was a copying machine which had exploded. County official, Mr Sverre Oppdahl, in Karasjok reports that there were other reports against Mr Korir concerning money frauds.
Mr Korir is a former district officer for Makadara division in Nairobi. He left the civil service to become the director of the deregistered Kenya Private Education Services which operated along Kenyatta Avenue. He collected money from poor Kenya students promising to send them to overseas for further studies but instead he embezzled the funds. He was arrested and charged in a court of law for stealing 3,000 shillings belonging to the students. He jumped bail and fled to Oslo, Norway. The government would like to state quite clearly that whatever Mr Korir is doing in Norway has nothing to do with the Kenya government. Mr Korir knows pretty well that he is a wanted criminal in Kenya to answer fraud charges. The people of Norway must be very careful in dealing with him.

The exchange rate makes 3,000 Kenya shillings worth about $34USD. The way the government in Kenya deals with people that disagree with them is to charge them, jail them and throw away the key. Another country where freedom of speech is gone and why we must not elect their favorite son.

Korir has in recent years - from 1996 - led the organizations Rainbow Foundation which has been paid out large amounts from the state to AIDS-prevention efforts among African youth in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsoe. Last year, the Rainbow Foundation was paid 408000 kroner in state funds. According to NRK ustlandssendingen they do not have any evidence that the events of the Rainbow Foundation have been held as scheduled.
Sammy Korir, as that organizations president, has taken out most of the state funds to pay and - according to NRK - spent the rest of the funds in visiting restaurants.
Now under investigation: Korir and the Rainbow Foundation of the National Institute of Health.

The API think has been very entertaining but I think it is pure fraud.
What I can’t figure out is why they are doing it. My best guess is that they are trying to inoculate themselves against the other MO tape, or just trying to discredit Fox News and conservative blogs that have bought into this.
