It was pretty obvious the Law of Moses wasn't sufficient to deter the Nazis (if your mother didn't happen to be Jewish but your father was, they'd kill you anyway). At the same time it really wasn't found suitible to allow the Nazis to decide such a question.

I'd suggest that Mr. Zell is as much at risk as any Jew ever was for being murdered for his membership in this group. He should act to reveal the antisemites so that people have at least a fighting chance.
Why not have a few parties from both sides come in & review the tapes & then release a transcript of the tapes. That way the Times is able to keep their “journalistic integrity”, ahem, by not releasing the tapes, & the truth of what's in these tapes can come out. There's obviously no deal about revealing the content of the tapes b/c the times revealed some of that content when they wrote the article in April.
If the Times really believes in journalistic integrity, they will do this. The odds of them doing this? 0%
Where’s the entrepreneurial spirit? There must be SOMEONE with access to a copy of this video who can put it on E-Bay, hold a 24 hour auction, and walk away with millions of $$.

Come on fellas think for a few minutes. Nobody knew about this story before the LA Times reported it, Nobody knew about the tape before the LA Times reported it, Nobody would have been able to even speculate about what was on the tape before the LA Times reported it.
Really, if the LA Times was in the tank for Obama they would have suppressed the entire story until Jan 21st, 2009. If there was something really damaging they would have destroyed the tapes.
