I spoke with Philip Berg this afternoon as he sat in his office, awaiting a crew from Fox News Channel in New York. While interest in his lawsuit among those at Fox has been steadily mounting over the past few days and weeks, Berg does not know exactly in what capacity the end product of the taping will be used.

C’mon, be real. FoxNews emphatically denied they had anything to do with API and the clowns at API have no credibility after teasing about this for weeks. They are right up there with Nigerian email scammers promising you millions of dollars if you will just wire another $5K for “expenses”......

Somebody informed API how things work at Fox. Some of it actually seems plausible.

Danae, from someone who has spent alot of time in TV newsrooms in my younger days, the wording of this release and the logistical details simply don’t have the ring of truth. Fox News would be the one to make a release of details on it’s own programming, not some organ like API.
A fifteen minute warning prior to airing sounds like some kid dreaming-up a scenario from his basement computer. One, Fox News Channel is not a broadcast network that needs to warn affiliates of an upcoming major event, it simply runs with it and repeats as many times as they can get it in between commercials.
