OMG!
Hm. For real, or some 14-year-old having a little fun with us all? The writer doesn’t seem to know the difference between “conscious” and “conscience” and “moral” and “morale.”
Regardless, don’t let anyone mess with your mind about this. Get out and VOTE! And get all your friends and neighbors that you can to do likewise. Every vote will count in this election. (Unless, of course, it doesn’t — but that’s a subject for another post.)
VOTE!
Not 14. Welcome to the era of spell checking.
Thats the thing right there. We know what is right and what is wrong just by what the candidates say. We don’t need all the filtering and spin by anyone to know who is the best of the two. We just can’t let any of that one way or the other affect how we feel personally or let it diminish our efforts to get this guy drug across the line.
Ah ha! I’ve always had small dark thoughts about some of the PUMAs’ motivations. I really don’t know who’s believable anymore.
From the PUMA post:
“People makes posts to the effect that the world has gone mad ...Thats the intention. To make you feel stressed and crazy and feel like the world is ending.
* * * * * * *
From some Alinsky (”Rules for Radicals” search:
“But Alinsky understood that there was a flip side to his strategy of speaking the palatable language of the middle class and the reassuring parlance of morality.
Specifically, he said that organizers must be entirely unpredictable and unmistakably willing — for the sake of the moral principles in whose name they claim to act — to watch society descend into utter chaos and anarchy.
He stated that they must be prepared, if necessary, to “go into a state of complete confusion and draw [their] opponent into the vortex of the same confusion.”
If typos are the issue... I would be probably 10-13 years. LOL.
Seriously. I think it’s legit, although there isn’t anything we haven’t already been thinking. Their manipulation of polls and trolling on the internet to distress opponents are obvious to anyone with eyes to see.
It’s OK honey...go to bed now.
Probably young, but not 14. When I use spell check I sometime pick the wrong words. Being an engineer my spelling is a joke.
I posted this because I look at a lot of blog’s, to get a sense of the election - how many P.U.M.A’s, who is doing the early voting, etc.
I have been telling all my friends and family to vote and not pay any attention to the MSM and the polls, that they are all bogus. This hit the nail on the head.
Whether this person is a real Obama campaign worker or not doesn’t really matter. S/he summed up very accurately what in all probability HAS been going on in a fairly concise fashion. At least that’s my 2 cents. Let’s say this was written as a vanity here on FR by a FReeper about his/her thoughts on what the Obama campaign is up to, it would be a pretty damn good summation.
Fake, but pretty accurate.
that is the way I see it.... people need to ignore the polls and the horrible, meant to sink Palin stories, and get out and vote.
Fake or real - I read many post here and other places and listen to many friends, family and coworkers who believe the b.s. polls and MSM.
If the R’s and Nobomas vote McCain / Palin win
Check this out.
the bottom line is to stay rational. Keep in control, don’t get crazy or too emotional because stupid things happen when mccain supporters get bent out of shape.
Actually, the spelling IS this atrocious with large swaths of the under-30 crowd.
See, they don’t read much.
This post is extremely encouraging... for a few reasons.
Firstly, it SMELLS true. By this, I mean this is EXACTLY the kind of tactic I’d expect from David Axelrod...ie, the King of Astroturfing. I don’t believe I need to go into details about his methodology but suffice it to say, he’s a low down dirty dog Chicago machine man.
The second reason is that I can’t for the life of me think of a reason that it would benefit this person to lie. It certainly isn’t helpful to Obama to have us be encouraged. So why post this kind of anonymous boost if there wasn’t at least a hint of truth there?
Third reason: it’s encouraging and empowering all at the same time.
We’re in the midst of some pretty major psychological warfare here and we need to be properly armed for this kind of fight (ie., they bring a machete to the knife fight and we bring a nuke).
What a load. This kind of stuff has the ring of Skull and Bones or The Illuminati running the election. If they're everywhere, why isn't anyone blasting this post? Oh, wait. I am. Maybe.....just maybe.....I am one of them.....?
MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I heard tonight that he O had 450 paid campaign people on the ground in PA. That does not even include the volunteers. Come on... There has to be some truth to it.
