Sorry, but the US Constitution does not forbid dual citizenship. I worked side-by-side with Jews and Syrians in the Navy who all had dual citizenship, either Israel or Syria, and every last one had TSCs. IMO it should be allowed.
A lack of attention to detail by the Secretary of State of all states and the Federal Election Commission, and allowing political parties alone to vet candidates with respect to their constitutional eligibility.

Looks like eight (or more) separate lawsuits asking for a valid birth certificate from Senator Obama so that the voters will know if he is eligible to be president. That’s not a “conspiracy” or “smear” in my book, but something that should have been attended to when Senator Obama first declared his candidacy. Why the stonewalling and stalling if he’s a natural born citizen and/or didn’t lose his citizenship upon adoption by an Indonesian national?
The presidency is a different issue, don’t you agree? Also, when you assume Indonesian citizenship by adoption, wouldn’t you automatically lose your U.S. citizenship?
How many US Representative candidates in this election might not be US citizens?

From what I understand, Indonesian law does not allow dual citizenship. You must revoke your previous.
These need to happen in all fifty states. Now.

We have plenty of lawyer FReepers. We need a suit like this in every state in the union.
I didn’t get this too much credence when it first started floating around, but now it seriously looks like Obama has something to hide. And if he does — whatever it is — the American people have the right to know what it is before they vote.
Hope some one is keeping an eye on him! Who knows what he is up to. Like Rush said, 4 days to rush to her bedside!
